1. The hotel is not at the town center but you can easily walk to the town center and night market. Because of the location, It is quieter than the town center. There is a nice view from our room at level 6. 2. The staff at the reception can speak English. 3. The breakfast is ok but lack of...

We originally had been offered a different hotel as part of our Dalat accommodation but opted for the Saigon-Dalat Hotel due to the indoor pool (our son loves hotel pools!) and a balcony suite for a reasonable price. The Saigon-Dalat is a big hotel, that caters for the local wedding ceremony trade and is located in an upper part of...

Very good hotel overall. The room, bed sheets and towels were clean. Confortable and large beds. Good shower, lot of water and hot. Spacious room with very decent views. The breakfast is an 8 out of 10 considering the price of the hotel. Cons: music from the speakers in the hallaway can be heard from the rooms, specially at night....

Nothing spectacular but nice. Rooms and general areas were clean, staff were friendly and helpful (with the exception of reception - they came across as very stand offish and whilst there was always 3 people behind the desk, all 3 seemed to serve each customer so you were left waiting for service - bizarre), central location. A couple of issues...

We have been to Saigon Dalat hotel in mid October 2016. We started our visit in dalat in a small family hotel which we were very dissapointed of, and looked for a good hotel for the rest of our stay without taking any risks. The hotel was the most fancy we had in vietnam. A bellboy had our luggege carried...

During our entire trip to Vietnam there was only one hotel that seemed genuinely unfriendly - and this was it. It seems to have an air about it that it's a much grander affair than it really is, when in reality it is just a very standard large hotel. It does what is required, but nothing more. In general we...

Originally we were booked in here for two nights but arrived a day earlier to escape the noise and seediness of Nah Trang. We stayed our first night in a deluxe room with shower over bath, it was adequate and spacious, however we spent the next two nights in a junior suite which was far more spacious and luxurious and...

Dalat is a very nice and cool place. It has several beautiful waterfalls, beautiful & scenic mountains, gardens, parks. The silk factory is a good place to visit-you can see how silk worms are being harvested, collected & processed into silk cloth, silk dresses, handkerchief, scarf, shirt, gown, purse, etc.....The Arts & Craft village is also a nice place to...

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while in Dalat and enjoyed our experience. The room was large and clean, the shower had great water pressure, the beds were pretty comfy and there was free wifi which was nice. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and a few activities.

I enjoyed this place. It is like all of them though, they want to gouge you on the MINI BAR. Have them take all beverages out and write NO BEVERAGES on your initial registration form. When I checked out, the manager herself was ready to POUNCE like a hawk on expensive beverages and says in DEMANDING tone, "Wait a minute."...
