set on a hill overlooking Dalat this historic building has been preserved over the many exciting decades of Vietnam's history. There are several room types and sizes. I have stayed in this hotel for 1-2 nights on business trips for 5-6 times over the last 10 years or so. The place never disappointed me and the facilities are quite unique....

I stayed in Dalat Palace hotel this summer with my daughter. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and all the garden. My girls both like quiet place for walking around, sitting quietly, reading book, just enjoying relaxing holiday, so it is so far the best place to do it in Viet Nam. The decoration is historical, also may be...

Enchanting place! I was so eager to discover this old and charming place! Dating of as early as 1920, the charm of its gardens, its decoration in old and high luxury style, the perfect service in pretty uniforms, you will feel like a prince! I had a very late lunch around five pm, it was delicious from the starter to...

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 2 nights after spending a week in Nha Trang. I guess a lot of people love this hotel because of its history and old world charm. I personally think it's drab, old, cold, dark and in need of some TLC. Don't get me wrong, I love history and the stories behind...

The exterior design of the hotel is modernized, but we stepped back in time to the height of French art deco as soon as we entered the beautiful lobby. Our room was beautiful with a soft, comfortable bed and deep claw tub, but the best part was our picturesque view of Ho Xuan Huong lake. We loved dining at Le...

The view from this hotel is exceptional and I could still feel its colonial style charm. The service was attentive and the meals where well presented and a great value. The size of my room & terrace where surprising for the price (in June). I enjoyed my treatment at the spa, but my experience at the golf course was disappointing...

Stayed 4 nights in early November in a lake view suite. I loved this place. A few tripadvisor reviews criticised the ageing bathroom etc, but I disagree. Beige 5 star hotels with the latest water saving tapware are a dime-a-dozen. This was a nice change for me - I liked the Art Deco decor, the speakeasy bar, portraits in the...

we recently spent 2 nights at the Dalat Palace hotel. Built in 1922, the ambiance is enjoyable and it is a 10 minute walk to the city center (unlike Saigon, Dalat is a very safe city to walk around at night). The Spa was enjoyable and reasonably priced, but the hotel does have some "aging" problems. We were booked into...
