We booked and pre-paid Train Villa Hotel on Traveloka a few days before arrival. We got there at 11.15pm, only to find ourselves standing under the roof of the so-call coffee stand/reception for half an hour as the staff searching the key of our room....More

Hi! They will arrange airport pickup if you want, but when I inquired they explained that it is cheaper and very easy to get a taxi from the airport. Our flight arrived very late at night but we just went to the taxi desk in the airport and prepaid for the taxi. It was a long journey and I'm glad we prepaid because the fare on the meter was almost double what we had paid. I think it cost about 200,000 dong.
The only problem we had was that the taxi dropped us at the station, not the villas and as it was late and dark we didn't realise until it was too late. We just phoned the villas and a lovely girl came down on a scooter to guide us the 10 minute walk.
We loved it so much we are going back for a longer stay in August.
I hope this helps.
