Clean, comfortable hotel room with ensuite at very reasonable price and with friendly service from the manager/ owner. We had to leave early to catch a flight so an early breakfast was arranged for us (without us asking!) and he advised us that it would be cheaper to agree a price with taxi driver rather than running a meter and... We have stayed in this Hotel the second time and I can recommend it to everyone else. The owner and his family are so kind and friendly and they will support with every need. The are bikes motorbikes and bicycles for rent. A common complementary internet cafe and the lobby invites for get togethers. The owner also arranged parking for... More

This hotel is not in the centre of town but not far out, and makes up for that with great rooms, a very generous breakfast and a very helpful owner, Mr. An. The rooms are well appointed, light and airy, the linen fresh and the beds great. The rooms are cleaned daily (and properly) and toiletries are provided. The breakfast... More

I've stayed at Thien An twice now and will definitely stay again. The prices are good and the service is exceptional. Each time I've visited, I rented a scooter from the hotel to get around, which is very convenient. They will also arrange for a taxi to pick you up from the airport for a flat fee. It's a family... Placed 1 Km from the city center. Room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Owner was very nice and helpful with directions and booking buses and such. The highlight is the breakfast! Would definitely recommend.

Take it from me......you can't beat this lovely family run hotel. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and above all QUIET!!! Vietnam is a very noisy country, we all know that but the location here in Dalat is about as quiet as you can get in a city. Don't be put off by the hotel being a little out of town. It's... More

We stayed in Dalat for 3 days/2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay in Thien An hotel. The room is of good size, clean and with a nice bathroom with shower cubicle. The location is somewhat far from the center, but they provide free bicycles, although a cab is also a good option. Closeby in the same street is... More

Strongly recommend this budget hotel as the hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfy. This hotel is actually runs by the family and I would like to say the hosts were so friendly and helpful. They even prepared maps for us and figured out the nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Besides that, they have a very... More
