Thank you again for the kindness of the staff. It is discounted for the golf course, travel distance, and variety of food at restaurants. It would be nice to be able to visit again The good experiences and memories that our trip to Vietnam gave us will always remain with us.
After arriving, we had kimchi stew and baemum rice for lunch. I was impressed by the detailed guidance provided by the lobby information staff. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and I was slightly satisfied with the extra bed my son used.
In the future, we need to prepare ourselves so that we can travel in a more comfortable environment.
Even though the weather is hot, it is in a good location so you can feel cool perhaps due to the mountainous environment. I will visit again thank you

First. I would like to thank Thanh Ha & Chi Hieu for offering me some outstanding customer service. Thank you. Everyone there also offered great customer service.
Second. This has been the nicest resort I have not only stayed at but worked at, with 25 years in the resort and hotel industry, 40 years in the food, beverage, and wine industry.
My room was created with the customer in mind. With plenty of wall plugs and light switches throughout the room. But also a master room switch next to the bed so you don't have to walk in the dark after turning out the lights. And I have to say this, it had the best and quietest toilet I have ever seen. Everything in the room was high quality.
I ate there three times and even though I'm not going to knock off a star, food quality in my opinion was sub par. I had afternoon tea once and the two vanilla strawberry cakes were frozen in the middle. When I ate dinner on Friday night, it didn't settle well. The fish and chips which I had twice are absolutely fantastic though. I didn't eat at the breakfast buffet but it did look fantastic with a lot of international foods.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Would I suggest group tours to this location? Absolutely! The property is absolutely stunning. I visited the golf pro shop to buy a hat and the employees there were just as fantastic as everywhere else.

hello It was my first time traveling abroad with my mom. The hotel is located in the mountains, so it's quiet, and I woke up to the sound of birds and mesmerized by the view from the terrace. The room was spacious and it was nice for my mom to be able to relieve her travel fatigue by soaking in the bathtub. The bathroom was nice because it had a bathtub, sink, and shower booth that were not inconvenient for two people to use. The hotel meals were varied and I think I gained weight because I ate too much. On the last day, pocket poles, cattails, etc... It was nice to be able to share the bond between mother and daughter...

Very clean, hygienic, spacious property with a good view. Everyone from housekeeping, conceirge, restaurant are all very attentive and polite.
Just don't go for breakfast at 630AM-730AM because the korean boomer tour groups will be raving for breakfast.
Probably also just need to improve the shuttle pick up point from Dalat City because we couldnt really find the the pick up point and had to grab back.
but overall 10/10

It was great. There was a swimming pool, a golf course, and the staff were friendly. The extra bed wasn't cheap, but it was a good one, so I slept comfortably. There were a lot of Koreans on the golf course, but I think I played well without being crowded out. Even though the bellboys had a lot of luggage, they helped us all to our rooms and always greeted us with bright smiles. I needed spoons and chopsticks for dinner, but they came through room service, so I was able to enjoy cup ramen for dinner. The swimming pool was quiet and I was able to take photos and videos. It's definitely worth using on days when the weather is nice.

Clean hotel, nice round, 18 hole cuddy, super friendly, I really enjoyed watching Rye, and they even gave out oranges and food on the way. Even if you don't say long-term, you play golf one more time. You said with a smile that the front ball was a practice ball, and you had fun playing golf. The breakfast was a buffet and there was a variety of Korean and Vietnamese food so it was an enjoyable meal and it was very delicious. Meals are available at any time, so if you're hungry, I highly recommend kimchi rice cake. It comes out similar to red pepper paste rice cake, but the portion is too much. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly~^^ Shuttle bus is also available. It's just the right amount of time to see the city and return every hour.

Surounded by lush green hills and lakes, with a golf resort attached, Hospitality, client value and sheer customer focus see a new high here at the Swiss Belresort Da Lat. Mr. Nguyen Van Trong and his team have been amazing in keeping no stone unturned to make our stay here the most pleasant and convenient. The staff is highly efficient and friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile. A shout out to Mr. Eric Hieu for his assistance through out. If you are planning a trip to this part of the world you must make it a point to stay at the Swiss Belresort and enjoy this incredible hospitality. Kudos to the team 👏

Very good place to live at but the buffet needs more variety in food and I think there should be more channels in the tv or the hotel could have Netflix. The transportation to Da Lat should be better as I we were left behind. The bus driver should come to the location 5 mins early to wait for people living at the hotel.

This resort is incredible. Everything is high quality and service is amazing. We ate at their restaurant, all of the food, especially the sturgeon, was incredibly fresh and delicious. Restaurant service was always kind and friendly. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the restaurant balcony. We also went to their spas and got massages, the prices are more than fair especially for the quality of the massage. It is the best massage we had in Vietnam. The masseuses are very experienced and strong and are able to find exactly the right spots. The resort is relaxing, in the countryside 20 min away from the city, but easy to get to.
