The location of this hotel is not the best, although there are a few souvenir shops, restaurants, massage parlours, and grocery shops within minutes of the hotel. There is nothing impressive about the view from the hotel. The room is clean, albeit dated. It does not look like a 4 star hotel at all. The mattress feels cheap (you can...

We just spend one night in this hotel. The travel agent chose this hotel for our group. From the outside view this building looks great. Inside view is quite oke. But the room is just so-so. We got big room with quite old interior but clean. The air conditioner was too cold and I can't control it. So that night...

Room is clean, good size and reasonable . Sockets for appliances are few. TV Channels are limited but I have had worse. On my floor the wi fi is very poor. This is a three star not a four in my book. A lot of families with children do a bit lively. Seen a few tour buses. Breakfast buffet is...

Stayed here between 19~21 December 2013, as a part of a package trip to Vietnam. Just the very basic, you have a bed, a bathroom and thats it. Pros: - Simple and clean - Basic breakfast Cons: - No proper Wi-Fi reception in room - Average location - Feels like an old apartment, rather than a comfortable and cozy hotel...

Don`t even think about it! We were with a tour group, in our room the light fittings were broken, toilet not flushing properly, shower leaking all over the floor, wifi non existant. You can put up with these things of course but the room was filthy as well. With the price of labour in Vietnam their is just no excuse...

The description of this hotel is all lies, me and my wife have jus returned from a 3 week tour of vietnam. Halong bay was our second destination after hanoi and we were booked in to "Golden" halong for 3 nights. On arrival we stepped out of the taxi to be confronted by a tall high rise building that didn't...
