My first trip at hanoi, I stay at old quarter hotel. Upon entering, I was served with welcome drink. The manager began to introduce himself and he spoke very fluent english. He share with me some tour package but I already has some plans. Upon entering the room, I'm kind of impressed. For the amount I'm paying, it is a...

The Hotel is excellent value for money. The staff is helpful and could speak good english. There is always someone to guide you around too. The Rooms are basic but clean. The toilets too are large and clean ( no place to keep your soap and shampoo in the shower). No tubs here though. The rooms seem to be renovated....

We stayed in Hanoi for only one night but If I ever come back to Hanoi, I will stay there without any doubt. Location: Great. You can walk from the hotel to the main attractions in the city center. Staff: Really helpful. They can speak good English and they provided a lot of information about the city, transportation, etc. They...

We arrived at 10pm from Sapa, so we were looking forward to a nice hot shower and a good nights rest. Unfortunately there was no hot water, there were stains on the towels and the bed sheets did not seem to be changed!! I am not picky with my hotels, but this place was the worst I have ever stayed...

Dear all Value Customers, I'm sure that this review was posted in wrong places or posted by our competitors. I have checked very careful about our customer list. We could not found any customer arriving late in the evening from Jan 01st until Jan 05th 2015. Otherwise, our hotel was completed renovation in Dec 01st 2015 so all our facilities...

During our stay the staff of this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was quickly prepared and there was a good selection. Location is excellent. Right on the edge of the Old Quarter and within easy walking distance of resturants, shops, street food and bars. If you are a light sleeper ask...

This review is more for the owner, Wall, than for the hotel itself as the hotel was undergoing a renovation when we arrived. The owner made sure to meet us and make alternative arrangements in another of his hotels at no additional cost. He took a personal interest in us and made sure that we were taken care of and...

A budget hotel but good value. Staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice cheap, comfortable place to stay. Right at the edge of the Old Quarter so a great location for exploring the city. Make the effort to walk everywhere even if it takes all day. Only the...

This hotel is big but old. The rooms were huge, as in huge! But its too old fashioned and even creepy for my taste. I didn't feel comfortable through out our stay and was even glad every time we need to leave the room. Good thing we only stayed here for a night and left for the Halong Bay cruise...

We booked this hotel (for one night) primarily because a whole number of sites on the Internet advise that the rooms have spa/jetted bath tubs. Upon arrival we found this was not the case. Additionally the rooms did not have the advertised in-room safes either. These might not sound like major issues but we specifically paid more for this hotel...

The staff was really fantastic. The cleaning is not really good and there are a lot of things that doesn't work and hasn't been fixed/replaced. The location is almost perfect with a lot of good restaurants and street food within a 1-5 minute walk. This must have been a really fantastic hotel when everything was working and clean. Still OK...
