Staff were fantastic - both friendly and helpful. Room was great - very large with decent beds and a nice bathroom. Location cant be beat with only a second on foot away from all the major attractions such as the Hoan Kiem lake, temple, Water puppet theatre, Hanoi Opera House. The hotels breakfast was toast, juice, and a selection of... More

Rooms are uncharacteristically clean, large and up to date for guest-houses in this part of town. I've stayed in several, I would stay here again. Staff is friendly and helpful, unobtrusive. Everything worked, including WiFi. Breakfast, served on the top floor, is adequate and friendly. The street is very busy, so if you want quiet, ask for a room in... More

We stayed at Hanoi Harmony Hotel in November 2011. We were very happy with the clean and comfortable rooms, excellent hot shower, kettle and fridge in all rooms. The breakfasts were simple but adequate and the omelettes delicious. The rooms facing the street can be a little noisy but only an issue if you are a light sleeper. The hotel... More

We stayed here over two weeks in three rooms (party of 8 people- 3 adults and young adults and three teenagers) and found this to be a great hotel at a great price and very convenient in the old quarter of hanoi. We used the hotel pickup service at airport which was great and a comparable price to using a... More

Despite us arriving much earlier than anticipated with our travel itinerary being incorrect the staff here were so pleasant and showed us a room at 4.30 am. While the room we stayed in that day was very small and hot, we were quickly shown to our proper room which was much nicer. After returning from Ha Long Bay we were... More

Grew tired of the wait to use the two PC's in the lobby and watching the courting dances of the young males with the female staff of the establishment........ (just jealous I suppose...... ) Nah, it's unprofessional. WiFi was non-existent in my room as I was too far away from the unit [located at the lift from memory] The street... More

We found this a very good hotel. The room was very big. We had a room overlooking the street. When we closed our windows there was no noise coming from the street. The shower was broken, but they repaired it immediately. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, we could choose out of 5 options. The... More

I had organised a pick-up from the airport (confirmed by email), which didn't arrive. I had to buy a sim card and call them to confirm that they had forgotten (Which they had) and then get a taxi myself to the hotel that night. Good start. I stayed at 2 different rooms here, for a couple of nights each. Both... More

Small, very friendly hotel on fascinating street selling herbs for medicine. All staff very helpful. Rooms clean, cool and quiet. Breakfast simple but tasty and quick. Just check room has stair access in case of fire as some rooms only had elevator access. Booked good trip to Halong Bay with hotel travel service. Great value overall.
