If you are looking for a homey and quaint place in the old quarter this is a nice place. It is near the lake and the people working here are friendly and very accommodating. The restaurants and the boutiques are a short walk away. Definitely an ok place.

The Artisan Botique Hotel is a good place to stay at with a reasonable budget for short trips. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms look quaint. And it's just by the lake. It's also near their attractions and the night market! East to shop and then go back to the hotel right after!

Stayed here on my first night in Hanoi. The staff were so helpful and kind. They helped me with a sim card, recommended some good places to eat and even lent me an adapter (for free). The room had lots of 'extras' (soap, clean towels, a safe, television etc) which I wasn't expecting from a hotel in this price range....

The location is just a few meters away from Hoan Kiem Lake. It's very accessible and is walking distance to some of Old Quarter's best restaurants. The hotel room assigned to us has a dirty carpet. We saw a lot of stains on it. I just wish that they change the carpet to tile flooring since the latter is easier...

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Quarter, the lake, and walking distance from many places of interest. We booked a standart room, which is small, but comfortable, and very silent. Very good buffet breakfast and staff very helpful.

A smaller style extra friendly hotel on an unbelievably quiet street in the middle of the action with Lake Ho Hiam Kiem a few yards away. My room was roomy, clean, well provided for and with a balcony shaded by a tree. A full buffet breakfast is served in the sister restaurant next door with tables overlooking the street. The...

The hotel provided us with everything we could want or need during our 5 day stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and a good size with a balcony overlooking the street. The restaurant next door provides an all-you-can-eat breakfast with a great balance between local and western foods. We ordered room service a few times for dinner. The location is...
