We've stayed there at the beginning of our vietnam trip and booked the hotel from home. We've decided us for that hotel because the rating was good and the price seemed to be cheap. Well, after our stay we have to say that it wasn't the money worth at all.. The bed is the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in,...

Great Location, Staff was great with booking taxi to the airport. Food in the restaurant was good! Room was small, the only window was boarded, electric wires running from one end of the room to the other, bed was not comfortable and No hot water (We tried the shower twice, once at 21:00 and again at 04:30AM) The room was not...

Thanks for your feedback. I would like to point out that the Hotel next door is basically attached to our Hotel and therefore blocked the view from this window. The window is boarded up for safety reasons. We may totally board this window up and paint it, if it is going to cause further issues. You will find all Accommodation...

Quick lunch on a hot day - great bun cha and beer. A bit costly (you can get it cheaper elsewhere) but it was good to get away from street hassle & noise. Good english speaking staff is alwas a plus imo

I really like the room with all furniture made by bamboo. The room was very comfortable and having everything that I needed as air conditional, hot water, TV ... The staffs were...

Really awesome helpful staff. Good rooms with great shower pressure, comfy beds and ample space, great food from the in house restaurant. Added perk is amazing coffee shop next door. Happily stay there again. Well positioned with access to everything you need.

I really appreciate the reasonable price and the staff at Bamboo. I've stayed many times and the value for the money is great. Ms. Hien the owner is first rate and she has a well trained that aims to please. Try the Vietnamese chicken curry at the restaurant, very tasty!

A wonderfully positioned hotel in the old quarter with lots of good, well priced local food nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff were very helpful. They helped us book a tour to Ha Long bay (Lemon Cruise) which I would really recommend to anyone! Their recommendation of sleeper-bus company was also really good!

Friendly staff with proficient English skills, good food and cosy, clean rooms not too overpriced. Also the location is convenient. The Room was also equipped with an air conditioner and a tv. We stayed on 4th level to escape the noises in the early morning. :) We felt well taken care of here - they even arranged our taxi ride...
