Plan was to fly in to Hanoi, mooch around for the day then take the night train to Hue, at the last minute we decided to book somewhere cheap to leave the bags and take a shower. Very old shabby room but it was clean, water was hot, staff were very friendly and although we didn't eat I saw some...

This hotel is simple and low-frills, but makes up for it with a lot of heart. The staff were extremely helpful and kind when booking tours to Sa Pa and Halong Bay, arranging matters for our group between trips, and generally making our stay in Hanoi a pleasant one. The location is also superb, in the heart of the Old...

It's a place to stay in Hanoi right smack in the middle of everything! Good enough for the price for the night. Kids were safe and comfortable for the night. Every place we wanted to visit is walking distance! Add in the 'okay" breakfast, which is included in the rate. They even arranged a transportation to airport at a very...

Location is great, helpful staff, good breakfast. It's a hostel not hotel, it's even in the name on the building. Room not very secure from outside balcony and noisy location next to road with busy early morning traffic.

Excellent service- organised my tour to halong bay and taxi to airport cheaper than if you got one from the street. Had someone carry my gigantic bag up flights and flights of stairs each time I came and went from tours. Room was a bit cold without a heater but when I returned from Halong Bay my 2nd room had...

We had reservations before we went to Vietnam, at Hoan Kiem Lake Hotel. But here we have to say no reservation, but for us in a room where the call is a Cave Hotel which is not related ventilation, no windows. The worst hotel in Hanoi
