A really good stay and excellent staff. The room was really good, with air conditioner. They planed the perfect trip for us to see the Halong bay. And it is great to have someone who speaks a really good English. Very friendly staff. Excellent stay!

Was not the best hotel stay I have stayed in worse. Room a little worn and old bathroom tiles a bit dirty. Just not nice. Safe never worked in the room, called the lobby but they sent another. Not sure I would re visit

As we arrived in Hanoi our taxi driver was supposed to drop us of at the "Box Hotel". He started calling people while we were driving to our destination. As we arrived we were already expected by a man who called himself "Tom", he immediately told us that one of our rooms was unfortunately broken, because the electricity wasn't working....

Obviously despite the name this is not a "Four season" hotel. It just has the same name. Perfectly described by its prices. You won't find anything more or anything less than what you expect for the fee. Breakfast is minimalistic but typical (you'd better choose the vietnamese one instead of the european one which is very poorly prepared), rooms bathroom...

We stayed there for two nights. We picked the hotel based on some very positive reviews, which were rather misleading. You get what you pay for - the hotel is very basic. Our room was small, with broken wardrobe and a window facing a staircase. It was very damp and noisy. Breakfast was really poor - no choice (greasy omlet...

Spent a couple of nights here and were very happy with the hotel, rooms are very large and clean and the staff are really helpful. We managed to get a deal on bed and breakfast which meant it was great value for us. It doesn't take long to walk to the action - check out Bia Hoi corner in the...

If you want to have good value for your money and at the same time be close to "everything" in Hanoi you should stay here. Great rooms, great staff and a nice breakfast. The street is quiet and without pressure from salespersons.
