Hotel is in an excellent location for shopping, cultural sights, food, local & western & to enjoy the chaos & carnage that is Hanoi old Quater. Room was large & modern. Air con was very effective. Only draw back was noise outside, but that...

It is in a great location! Very close to all the little shops and restaurants. They have excellent service! The breakfast is very nice! The room is very cosy and you have an airconditioner as it is very hot in Hanoi.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It is in a very good location-close to the lake and many shops. The breakfast was very nice- all seven of us would highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The main reason being it's super central and in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Breakfast was very good and there was a good choice. Rooms were very clean and the shower was hot and new. Couldn't really fault the place!

Very clean and spacious room. Staff very friendly and prepared to do anything for you. Breakfast filled you up for the whole day and i am a fussy eater! I used most services including laundry and the concierge booked tours and phone calls for us.
