This is an excellent hotel. Tommy and the staff were amazing. We couldnt have asked for more. Tommy helped us to arrange transportation to Halong Bay, laundry services, and excellent shuttle service to the airport, all at very great prices. Thank you very much for all your support and we wish you all the best going forward.

Very happy with our stay in this little hotel. Room is old but the design is beautiful and we slept very well. The Reception staff is efficient and they are happy to see us. Water boiler in room is handy so we can make tea. Price is not expensive. Value for money. They are in a small lane and we cross the local small market when entering the hotel.

What a disappointment!!!! The photos do not correspond to reality. The only two things I can recommend it for are the very kind staff and the truly excellent location. For the rest, go elsewhere... it's not very clean, the room we booked with a window was small, frozen (air conditioner almost not working when we arrived in Hanoi it was 11 degrees), hot water takes an eternity to arrive There is no light near the bed that can be turned on and/or off. Then comes the sore point: breakfast....no comment....timetable 7-9...and so far so good, very little variety, too bad it wasn't ready at 7.30 and when we asked for some hot milk we were told “after”….basically set off on an excursion on an empty stomach. I honestly wouldn't go back, there are many other facilities. Excellent Vietnamese coffee in the place in front, always run by the same people.

It is situated in the very heart of the Old Town with easy walking distance to pretty much everything on the tourist attraction list. It's also opposite the Hanoi cafe ( same ownership) where we ate dinner every night and lunch a couple of times. Rooms are kept very clean and breakfast is cooked to order and I had the best omelette ever. Think French bijou hotel and you have it. Clearly passionate about customer satisfaction.

Stayed here for one night on arrival from a long flight. he airport pick up arranged through the hotel was easy, reasonably priced and safe. We found out from other travellers that taxi scams were rife, so we were happy that we booked through the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly - fruit and tea on arrival, a familiarisation briefing of Hanoi including safety tips and a farewell gift of coffee and coffee maker. They also helped us book a taxi to our next hotel. Breakfast was nice with one of the best omelettes of many that we had during our Vietnam holiday. The big let down was a maintenance issue in our bathroom, especially after a long day of travel and you are looking forward to nice shower to freshen up. The plug in the spa bath was faulty and we could not lift it out so any water could drain out. We had to call reception who arrived soon afterwards. They could not operate the plug either and had to come back with some tools to remove the plug. Unfortunately even after this mishap, the water for our shower was cold to luke warm :( By this stage, we were so exhausted that we put up with cold showers.

Lovely hotel. Really helpful staff, super friendly! We had a few issues with having to change rooms, this was mainly down to us having to extend everyday due to plans falling through. However we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in a few weeks.

We were required to move rooms multiple times which was annoying. It wasn’t that clean and the breakfast was very poor. The Safe had a fingerprint recognition panel but we figured out that anyone could open it using any finger no matter who set it so it wasn’t secure at all! The service was friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

As a family and friends in Hanoi, we had a very good and unforgettable stay in this hotel located in the center of the old quarter, where it is teeming with life 24/7. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were spoiled by Phuong (manager of the establishment) and Mai (housekeeper). They were exceptionally dedicated, helpful and professional. A very very big thank you and see you soon, I sincerely hope so.

The hotel is dated, Don’t expect too much, not much things to say about breakfast, Choices are very limited. But the front desk receptionist - Miss Em Is amazing ! Never see a hotel staff who is so friendly and caring. It’s lucky for an establishment having a staff like her. Good luck, Miss Em 😊

Sorry just saw mail. We stayed in two different rooms, the first was small and one king bed but the second room was much bigger with 2 queen beds. Staff there was most accommodating so email them. Loved the hotel location, staff and especially the breakfast.
There are more places to choose from in the Hanoi area.
