The service provided by the manager (Mr. Duc) and his lovely staff at Hanoi's Charming hotel was excellent and rivals that I have experienced at many far more expensive hotels. While this might be a 2 star hotel, the service is 5 star without a doubt!! Hotel Charming is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, approx 5 or...

My husband and I stayed at Charming Hotel for 2 nights while we stayed in Hanoi. The staff was the most friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. I also found the hotel price little cheaper than other similar quality hotels. We both had our own laptop so not necessary for us but if you don't have one,...

The staff were lovely. The service good. No one hassled us for trips but when we needed help they were tremendous. Although slap in amongst busy streets there was no street noise in the room. The breakfasts were the standard Vietnam tourist affair but done with a little more care and a bit of bacon!! To top it off there...

Rooms super clean, elevator, friendliest staff ever and speak great english, good breakfast and can organize all your tours and not charge you high prices. Would def recommend Charming to...

I really liked this hotel - the location is really good in the Old Quarter, and it is on a smaller side street, which makes it very quiet, and so sleep is possible - which it wasn't in another place we stayed! The staff were really lovely - friendly and helpful. Okay, it's a budget hotel - the rooms are...

We loved this hotel. From the first moment we walked in, slightly dazed and confused by Hanoi, we were greeted so warmly and cheerfully from the manager, Mr Duc . We immediately felt safe and at home. The rooms were small but it is great and valued for sleep, bathroom great too, TV, aircon... it's all good. The best thing...
