It's been almost a year since we stayed in Hanoi, but we still have wonderful memories of the Hotel Charming. The staff were so nice and genuinely friendly and helpful. We arranged our Halong Bay tour and train trip to Sapa through the hotel, which worked out well. We were able to use a room to shower up in after...

This is a great little place in the heart of Hanoi on a lovely little passage called Yen Thai. Everyone here was great and they even let us in at 4am one morning when we returned back from our travels to Sa Pa. Free breakfast is good (especially if you like your eggs in the morning). We left our luggage...

I really enjoyed my stay at Hanoi Charming. The staff was so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and cute and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was also very good with fresh juices, fruit, and western and vietnamese options. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Hanoi.

Like almost every reviewer here has said, the most charming part of Charming Hotel is the staff. While every single one of them were incredibly nice and polite and went out of their way to help, I have to give a very special mention to Loan, the young lady at reception who was the shining star of this hotel. You...

Charming Hotel is a hotel I would like other budget to 3-star property owners to emulate. Nothing fancy about their location or interiors, but the service provided by the management and staff is worth complimenting. To me, I had one of the best holiday experience and a big part of that was contributed to the way and passion the staff...

Hanoi was the last stop in our Vietnam holiday. Having stayed at many different types of hotels and resorts, we chose this based only on the first 3 reviews from TripAdvisor. Nearly all of the reviews were positive and what drew me to this place was the reviews on the staff and customer service. The booking was seamless, the airport...

It's clean, it's well located in the Old Quarter, the service is outstanding and the price is very reasonable. It's very hard to go wrong here. Most of all, the staff are all a delight. They arrange travel and help you summon cabs, etc. I left valuables in my room everyday and nothing was ever touched. I think they actually...

This place was great, firstly they offer a free pick up service from the airport, train or bus station. We arrived at the bus station about an hour late but our guy from the hotel was still there waiting for us. When we arrived at the hotel, 3 guys jumped up with beaming smiles to open the door, take our...
