The Paramount Hotel played a large part in wonderful memories of a beautiful country. The rooms were very clean, lots of hot water and heat when we needed it. The internet was great. The breakfasts were good. My only issue was that the coffee wasn't always hot and it was in very little cups - not a huge complaint. No...

The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi, next to the main cathedral and close to the busy old streets. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. The rooms are nice, even though when you enter the lobby you think it isn't a nice hotel. The staff helped me and a colleague to book different day trips, even...

Paramount is a very good hotel in Hanoi and good value for money. The thing made us impressed the most in this hotel was the personal service from staffs. They would try their best to make you happy and assist you as much as possible. All the staffs were so courteous and helpful, they take pride in their work. Our...

We liked this place. It was off the main drag (bit hard to find) but close to everything. The rooms were big and clean, with a bath. We payed a good price for what we got and were happy with pretty much everything. The breakfast was ok. However, the thing that ruined our stay was the construction next door. It...

All hotel staffs were so friendly and helpful, they even tried to fix my broken suitcase, really appreciate. The room was large, clean and nicely decorate. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. As I mention, located at the heart of city so this area has lot of local shop, not branded but very...

Originally slated to be in Vietnam a week, I so enjoyed my stay at the Paramount Hotel that I extended my stay. It is conveniently located in the Old Quarter just steps from St. Joseph's Cathedral & a short walk to famed Hoh Kie Lake. Situated down a quiet alley past a number of travel agencies makes it a solid...

We are a family of 5 so our 3 children had the family room and we had the double room. They where very clean, good tv, Internet cut out a few times but mostly reliable, breakfast was spot on, and the service was second to none. Totally recommend it for price we paid. They also organize tours and offer some...
