All of the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. They booked taxis, pick-ups and buses for us. Did our laundry while we were away and stored our bags for us.

We booked a medium range 4 star boutique hotel in old quarter and found the condition unacceptable. It was late for me and my family after 17 hour flight. We walked around and a local hotel receptionist took us to Rising dragon because their hotel was fully booked. We were so happy that we didn't made to stay in our...

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel we had 2 rooms. It was comfortable. Our showers both flooded as drain was blocked but otherwise okay. Even though on 8th floor you can still hear the horns but you get use to it as all hotels same (or take ear plugs) Room at back of hotel quieter. Staff very nice and...

Stayed here 3 nights (2 seperate stays and were upgraded both times) and received really helpful, local suggestions from Cathy & Nu at reception. We could have paid less at other hotels near by but it was b/c of the staff we kept extending our stay. The wifi is good, breakfast is included, and the rooms are clean and comfortable....

They booked some reasonable price day trips and organized everything for us which all went smoothly. It happened to be my birthday during my stay and...

Not only is this hotel affordable, it is well situated. Close to some of the best eating spots in the old quarter. The deluxe rooms are huge and the superior rooms small but very functionnal (lots of power outlets, Iron, Hair dryer etc). It is hard to believe this is a 2 star hotel. We stayed there on two occasions...
