We booked a room for 3 nights with HotelClub .com(because of the reviews!).After the first night,we changed our mind, because the hotel did not deliver, what we expected. We decided to check out, hoping to do that with no problem. We paid a deposit(US 12.60),hoped to pay the difference, what we owed. The person in charge insisted, that we had to pay the full amount for the one...

We got a 25% off coupon on TripAdvisor and paid only $US22.5 for a double room. The hotel is nicely tucked away inside Old Quarter and very central. The rooms are rather big and neatly kept. The staff at the reception are friendly and can help organizing tours too. Breakfast is included in the room price and was pretty good....

I spent one night there with my parents. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is in the center of the old town. The rooms are spotless. For 40$ a night for three people, this is a good value hotel. However, I thought that the breakfast was poor and the dining room was not very clean...I saw a mouse...

Our driver who we had paid $80US for the day, took us to the Hanoi Fortune Hotel when we asked him to take us to the airline/train booking office. No amount of convincing would get him to change his mind and as we didn't know where to go, we allowed the staff to book our airline flights and train tickets....

Our trip to Hanoi was one of the best holidays that I've had and was greatly influenced by the people and the staff at the hotel. They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful in planning trips and also finding local attractions. In particular were the night staff who helped us plan all our dinners, shopping trips and coffee hits. Ask...

This hotel was fine. It was in a great location. Can't say anything either overly bad or good. It's very affordable in a good location. No frills but no major faults. Breakfast was not great. The staff were nice.

The Hanoi Fortune Hotel is certainly one of those hotels which I will continue to stay whenever I visit Hanoi. Whilst I have been lucky enough to stay at some very fine hotels, this one is right at the top of the list. Rooms are also very nice and the maid service is exceptional. Whilst many hotels will service your...

We were traveling to Hanoi in our Honeymoon, and I spent countless hours doing research about where to stay and what to do. I contacted the hotel via email and asked questions that were answered in a timely manner and very detailed. The Hanoi Fortune Hotel (formely known as Phu Do Hotel) was a great experience. The cost is unbeatable...
