We had a warm welcome when we arrived, and the staff were very friendly. Was great to hear that we got a room upgrade. There are about 7 rooms in total, one on each floor, however the lift only reaches the 5th floor and you have to use the stairs for the other two.rooms. We stayed there on two separate...

We booked this hotel online we were so impressed, the room was wonderful 5 star with excellent internet and cnr spa in our bathroom....Very clean and the staff could not be faulted they were the best so so helpful and a smile that would brighten any ones day. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Hanoi, its so close...

A good hotel in this price range (upgraded to double room) with great location & super friendly staff. Price is very reasonable & money exchange better than the bank down the street, Honest & friendly staff who are very keen to make your time with them a good one! Breakfast of eggs, bread and fruit basic but a perfect way...

An oasis in the middle of the mayhem. Stayed in an other hotel for two nights which smelled a bit. This one was beautiful. Spacious rooms. Very clean, quiet and great facilities. Very happy :)

Stayed at golden land for 3 nights while in Hanoi. Cannot say enough about the staff. Very friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way to help you as much as possible. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Great location in the old quarter. Highly recommended!!

The location of this hotel is very good, walking distance to many attractions and yet in a quieter street. The staff are extremely helpful, making your stay very comfortable. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable - with a spa bath. You can organise your tours here with confidence. There is a computer in the room and the breakfasts...

The location is very convenient. Shops, bars, restaurants, lake... are close by. Within 10-15 minutes you can reach all sights. The hotel manager is very helpful and he cares a lot about his guests. The rooms are spacious and clean. For breakfast you have 7 choices from Vietnamese food up to western food. Also you can book your day trips...

A great place to stay in the Old Quarter close to many good restaurants. A very clean new hotel with big comfortable rooms including free PC/Internet. A good choice for the included breakfast. A1 service from Danny and the staff. Also had an ATM next to the front door.

This was the second hotel I stayed at in Hanoi. The few extra dollars I spent at this place was definitely worth it. We were upgraded to the family suite and were quite pleased with it. The room was large and very clean. It came with a desktop computer that had a fast wi-fi connection.(Our other hotel's connection was terrible)...

We were warmly welcomed at Noi Bai airport and ushered into an airconditioned van by courtesy of Golden Land Hotel for a transferred to Hanoi. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by this very, very friendly hotel manager, Danny, who made us feel so welcomed.
