Room is spacious but the toilet needs improvement especially the jacuzzi. It is dirty and moldy. But on the other hand, their staff on duty were very helpful. Kate was on duty during our short visit. We visited Vietnam three times last year, first of all staying at the Hilton Opera, then the Imperial Hotel, and finally a lower budget place where I accompanied my students. Two things I remember especially: my friend lost her passport, and the hotel staff really went out of their way to help her find it. I also had to change...

I was impressed with this hotel. It is conveniently close to everything. The restaurant that serve breakfast (only) is on the too floor. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. I have a nut allergy and they would inform me which items I should avoid. They provided everything even toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.
