I stayed in 3 different hotels in the old quarter of Hanoi and this was by far my favorite. Very friendly, helpful staff and clean, lovely rooms. When I needed help contacting my tour agent, they made the call for me. Thanks!

People were very nice and very attentive to our needs. We stayed there 2 days. We reserved with them scooters and train tickets. After we checked out around 12h, they let us use their shower at the end of day free of charge in a rudimentary bathroom but it got the job done. They kept our luggage during all day... More

First let me say the staff was friendly and for the price the room was appropriate. We did not stay here though we were booked here by a travel agency in Bangkok. We were expecting 3-4 star accommodations according to what we paid for yet this was no fault of the Prince Hotel. It was just not what we paid... More

We were looking for an hotel after arriving in the centre of Hanoi. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the lake. The hotel itself is average offering a nice room with all the basics needed: air con, fan and fridge. We only stayed there one night as discovered there were many other cheaper hotels offering exactly the... More

We moved to this hotel for the second half of our stay in Hanoi. The room was huge and the bathroom was spacious and well set out. That was the reason we changed hotels, we needed more room and a larger bathroom. Breakfast was a bit limited but acceptable, The steps up to our room made sure we kept fit.... More

Stayed with hubby for a night in this botique hotel and was so amazed with Its location and staff services. We were accommodated at the third floor but despite having no lift, it wasn't a hassle at all. The staff took care of everything we need from bringing our luggages up and down to calling us taxi to take us... More

The hotel was great, clean and very central - just what we needed. The staff were super helpful and helped us tailor our own halong bay trip. Also let us change the nights we stayed at the last minute even though we had already paid. Great start to our trip!
