The hotel is very nice, the staff is all very friendly and helpful and the rooms are all so nice. The staff all helped us with local things and gave us lots of helpful advice. Nghia Dao was especially nice

I had a really great experience here !! Very friendly staff . The rooms were very nice and the robes were a great bonus ! The silk path had a great breakfast buffet and very comfortable beds. Overall a very pleasant stay !
Right in busy cbd area. Hotel is a welcome respite to the chaos that is downtown Hanoi. Wonderful service even when we checked in at 1am. Breakfast is good and you can leave bags at hotel where they are safe.

If you're looking at burpees or box jumps, I would say no. I don't remember seeing free weights, but I could be wrong.
Late september will be good weather for you and that is also peak time for tourism in Vietnam.
