We stayed here on two separate nights as part of our tour of Vietnam (we were sent off to Halong Bay inbetween). The hotel is welcoming and very convenient for the old quarter and the surrounding streets. Breakfast is pretty much the same as all the other hotels we stayed in; a mix of local and European food. In general...

We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. The room was very clean and a nice size. A good central location to the old quarter. Would definitely recommend, we stayed 2 nights here. Thank you very much.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night on arrival in Hanoi. We got to the hotel late (~10pm) as we were on a flight that arrived late, and we left early the next morning for Halong Bay. When we arrived there was a huge loud and rowdy crowd spilling out of the hostel next door, but we couldn't...

Overall a really nice and clean hotel in a really good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Big morning buffet with both Western and Asian food. The only problem was that our room had windows to the street, which meant noise from the streets and the backpacker hostel next door - not as bad as we expected though.

The location of this hotel is what made this hotel ideal. Everything is within walking distance. The road it is on is very narrow though and quite a noisy area but we didn't really hear much from our rooms. The room itself was clean and tidy and we had a comfy night sleep. We didn't have the nicest view from...

Nice room in the old city centre. The staff are fab and extremely helpful. Breakfast is limited but adequate. The bed is comfy and the air-con is good. Lots to do on the door step in the evening street bars, live music on the roads and night markets all within a 5min walk. 👍🏽👍🏽

We arrived to find we couldn't get to this hotel in our taxi as the road is often closed due to the clubs & discos etc along it involving throngs of people We thought we'd landed in Club 18 - 30 in Corfu We had to fight through crowds with luggage to check in The staff were consistently surly ~...

I did not stay overnight at this hotel but arrived early in the morning off the Sapa train and was given the use of the sauna area to have a shower (all arranged by the tour company). The room had no toilet, had a small swarm of flies in it and had not been properly cleaned since last time. I...
