We stayed here for two nights in early Sept 2016. Very clean and modern, with large rooms decorated in 'heavy' traditional wood style. Only about 20 rooms so great attention to service. The hotel is located on Ma Mai street - full of little shops and cafes, ands just down from the show-piece 'Traditional HOuse' at #87. Two streets away...

We stayed for 4 nights, checked out in between to visit Halong bay and then returned to the Medallion. We had a nice stay due to the very helpful and kind staff. The staff surprised my partner with a birthday cake which was very kind. The rooms are average, clean but worn. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our...

I stayed 2 non-consecutive nights at this hotel. My room was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional during my stay. The breakfast was good with hot soup like pho, fruits, salad, and etc. The thing I loved about this hotel was its location-- smacked right in the middle of Old Quarters in Hanoi. You basically can just...

This hotel has an excellent position right in the heart of the city in a buzzing, bustling area. Unfortunately though the room we were allocated was at the back of the hotel, dark and uninviting but clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble which did make our stay more...

We stayed here for 5 nights in total but checked out twice for other overnight tours. The staff were very nice the accommodation is clean and central to lots of eating places. We left our bags here when we checked out for 2 overnight tours. It was all taken care of. Very nice clean hotel. Would stay again

The location is hectic and buzzing , if you want central you got it! We had two short stays; one room really great ( the newer part of the hotel) the other not so great but with a view of the street ( noisy but worth it for the entertainment). Rooms are perfectly good with good air conditioning and lovely...

We stayed here on two separate nights as part of our tour of Vietnam (we were sent off to Halong Bay inbetween). The hotel is welcoming and very convenient for the old quarter and the surrounding streets. Breakfast is pretty much the same as all the other hotels we stayed in; a mix of local and European food. In general...
