Hotel is situated in the old city of Hanoi walking distance from the lake Ho Hoan Kiem. Rooms are of good dimensions but make sure to ask rooms with a view on the street to make sure to have enough space. They are well organized and cleaned even though our bathroom would need to be refurbished a bit. Be aware...

Only a very brief stay but we were really impressed with the service and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom although a little dated was fine. Good breakfast. Fantastic location.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. The rooms were small, but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic as you are right in the middle class of the old town. Fantastic restaurants and shopping are just steps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cloudy went out of her way to make our...

But the room has no bed side tables and no plugs anywhere near the bed for charging phones. There was some type of electrical box 2...

We stayed here 2 nights before going to Halong bay for 1 night on Viola Cruise. Our room was very clean and bright with a big window and a balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked Viola Cruise with the travel desk and very satisfied with the tour. I will stay here again 1 night before flying home.

Stayed here for two nights on stopover in Hanoi. Great location in the Old Quarter, lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the street. Walking distance to all the sites. Rooms are tidy, had an Executive Balcony overlooking the street. Worth paying the bit extra for some more room. Huge bed, comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated but functional. Air conditioning...

I book this hotel as a package deal with a Halong Bay excursion. The hotel provided a driver (holding up a sign) at the airport which was very nice. It's located in the Old Quarters and that's where the action is. The street this hotel is located on is blocked off at night (pedestrians only). Why? The restaurants (lots of...
