First time in Hanoi and choose this hotel randomly, but things they brought to me was beyond my expectations. Room was clean and quiet, near Hoan Kiem Lake and in Old Quarter. Breakfast was delicous. But da best is staff, especially Hoa. She told me everything about Hanoi - where can buy, where can eat local food, helped me buy ticket...

I was there with my boyfriend Matthias in February and it was awesome!!! Never felt so comfy during our 1 year trip through Australia and Southeast Asia. Hotel rooms are clean! You could get breakfast every morning if you like and during the day you can have coffee and tea for free! And also the staff at this Hotel are...

You get what you pay for and this hotel is very good value. Situated in the old quarter on very narrow streets. Room is at the back of the building,so no street view or noise. Friendly staff, extremely helpful. I had laptop issue so had to extend my stay a few days. Recommended

Our stay was extremely pleasant. It is located in a great area of the old quarter. The staff was the best part of our stay. Incredible staff Dong and Hoa were so warm and kind. We are heading back to Hanoi today and there is no place I'd rather stay!

This place is just amazing from minutes when you walk in all staff will take great care of you. The staff were amazing, we were set up with sim cards, taught us a bit of the language, & gave us some supplies for our overnight train. Girls at reception are FANTASTIC, always smiling and chatting with you. The breakfast was...

The staff were so helpful with things like allowing us to leave our luggage stored when we arrived early and to use the bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing value with all the Vietnamese coffee we could drink, which was a lot! We also really appreciated the complimentary bananas in the reception which were a...

Where do i begin? It started off with us getting a room for one night online. After we got dropped off from the airport, straight away you see someone from the hotel snatche those bags from your hand and say "I'll take those for you". Mr. Dong and his brother and obviously the rest of the crew are such fantastic...

The next evening we were waiting to board our night train and the station called to advise...

The rooms are pretty good for what you pay, but the main reason to stay here is the extremely friendly staff. The man behind the desk (sadly didn't catch his name) couldn't have been more helpful. He helped us with advice on where to eat/not to eat, book coaches and taxis and told us all the scams of Hanoi and...
