This was my first time traveling to Vietnam so I didn't know what to expect. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They offered suggestions on things to do, things to see. I stayed for 2 days, 3 nights. The rooms were a good size. After traveling around China, these rooms seemed incredibly spacious. Rooms were clean, beds were...

My husband and I accidentally ended up at this hotel when the one we had scheduled had a broken shower and rebooked us at this one. What luck! The hotel and staff was marvelous! After traveling in Vietnam for 2 months, we were besides ourselves to have reliable hot water, a soft mattress, good internet, and breakfast included. Wow. We...

I think everyone should know about the great and unique service you can receive in this amazing hotel. I stayed there with a friend just for one night but since the moment we stepped in everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are lovely, clean, with good hair drier and tv. Free coffee, tea, bananas and breakfast. Perfect location. The best of our stay was getting to know the staff. They did everything possible to help us with a scam we mistakenly booked via a tour guide. I would highly recommend this place. They will make your stay unforgettable!

Seriously, this place was the ideal spot to stay if your planning to explore Hanoi. We've stay here for roughly 7 days, and basically, the amenities and services was quite a humbling experience. Though the only problem was this hotel doesn't have elevator at all, still the place was commendable. From their warm receptionist, Dong, and the other 2 young...

We stayed here for 3days. The hotel is clean but you'd have to take the stairs before you get into your room because there is no elevator. Tung and Dong of the front desk are great, they helped us in everything we needed from the hotel pickup, ordered some goods to take home, suggested places up to our airport drop-off....
