We stayed at Art hotel for two nights in the beginning of April. Before that we were at a different hotel, with which we were not pleased all that well, and when went for a cruise in Halong Bay I met some guys who recommended this hotel to me. So upon our arrival back in Hanoi we grabbed our bags...

We stayed in Hanoi Art Hotel from the 19th to the 23rd May. We were extremely pleased with our choice to stay with them. After visiting the busy street of Hanoi, this hotel offered a peaceful and pleasant place to relax. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The two ladies at the reception table make sure you always feel...

This hotel is a little oasis amongst the frantic street life of the old quarter, The staff are warm friendly and offer assistance at every turn, found the bed a little hard, but apart from that I could not fault the hotel in any way, The old quarter is definatly the place to stay in Hanoi, and this hotel is...

Not to repeat everything already said here but - it's all true that the hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and well-furnished, the beds are quite firm as they are everywhere in Vietnam, the breakfast is generous and well done (although language misunderstandings had some comical results), and the staff is as friendly, attentive and helpful as can...

Art hotel is one of the most beautiful, homely and clean hotels that we have ever stayed at in Vietnam. My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying there in last March. The place had just been renovated and sparkled of freshness. Our room was not big but that is something you've got to get used to in bigger...

It is simply all we can say. We have stayed in various hotels in Vietnam and we don't want to discredit them but the Art hotel definitely stands out of the crowd. The service is remarkable and the best thing is that they appear to know their tours exactly. While other hotels and agents seem to just sell whatever provider...

When we booked the art hotel we Initially thought it was a little pricey but it was well worth it. The hotel was fabulous, spotlessly clean, breakfast, airport transfer & water puppet tickets were included but most of all the staff were the loveliest & most helpful staff of any place we stayed in Vietnam. They were extremely helpful with...

Booked for two nights and when we arrived at the hotel we asked about going to Ha Long Bay and if they would be able to put us up for an extra two days before leaving for Ha Long Bay and one night on our return to Hanoi. They were absolutely first class and went out of their way to...

We arrived at this hotel way before our check in time, but the manager (Chris?) was very hepful, and got us a breakfast while we waited for our room, and helped us with our wifi connection. The room looked a bit like a European style design hotel, quite small, but nice and tidy. The staff were superfriendly, and the hotel...
