What a great boutique hotel. My wife and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. Checking in was easy, and when we told the clerk- Ms Lan that our plane was leaving Hanoi at 11.50 pm the day of the check out, she gave us a 4 pm check out extension at no extra charge. Our room...

On a two days trip in Hanoi the Art hotel was great. It is a new hotel in a newly renovated house close to the lake in the center of the town. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and very clean. Somehow Art hotel seems to hjave captured the spirit of an up and coming country (in...

I came to Hanoi to take the CELTA class (English Language Teaching) at Language Link. forom Feb - March. My plan was to stay at the Art Hotel for a week and then find an apartment for one month. Art Hotel in Hanoi was the first place that we stayed on our month-long trip, and it holds the standard by which we compared all other hotels. Lan, Chris, and their associates offered the highest level of service, everything from help with train tickets and our Halong Bay cruise to fantastic noodle shop recommendations. They were all very straightforward and...

Lovely little hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The website says it's a boutique Hotel - I don't think so, but it does look nice. It looks like it's been renovated recently. Breakfast was OK . The best of it was their staff. Reception always willing to help. I booked 2 day trips there, they were happy to show...

I had a great stay at the Art Hotel. Prior to my stay, the booking and follow-up emails from the staff (specifically Chris, the GM) were answered promptly and very helpful. Always a good start! I arrived after a long day of travelling from Sydney and the check-in and welcome was very good. I had booked a family room (on...

Location: Perfectly located in the middle of the old Quarter-easy walk to the Lake and not too far from the Museum and Revolutionary Museum. Next to the Hotel, judging by the number of people cuing up for seats, is one of the most famous noodle shops. Order can be made via Hotel staff for the noodles to be delivered to...

This place is less than a year old and it shows. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spotless. There even is a very efficient elevator that brings you up to the family suite on 7th floor (our room). This room (702), has a wonderful terrace, though we didnt spend much time on it in March (too cold)....
