Detailed Reviews
Le Jardin is a carefully and beautifully designed hotel managed by engaging and knowledgeable young staff. We celebrated my wife's birthday there as a "staycation" as we live in Hanoi. A floor to ceiling bay window looking over the city was a premium room to truly enjoy. The top floor restaurant surpassed all expectations with a gourmet 3 course meal for around US$12 each. The included buffet breakfast had a long list of custom breakfast options far beyond the normal buffet offerings even at high-end hotels. Congrats to all for making us feel at home and welcome.

Hospitality in Vietnam is just starting to recover from the pandemic. Many hotels in Hanoi are still closed even though Vietnam has done superbly in containing the virus. Le Jardin reopened early and we decided to visit again to celebrate our anniversary.. The visit was just as memorable as our first visit. Most impressive was the joyful and caring service provided by the young and committed staff. Jennifer and Christian cared for the front desk while Kelly managed the Khue restaurant with style and grace. The top quality meal at the Khue Restaurant was very reasonable at 30% off. We wish all the staff and their families at Jardin's a safe and successful return to full occupancy and a continued sense of service.

Stayed here 4 nights in family suite and single room. Hotel is new and more spacious compared to the other typical hotels in the area. Concierge service is very personal and goes above and beyond. Great breakfast with complementary a la carte menu outside of the buffet. Some may disagree but the location being outside of Old Quarters actually made it better as it's much quieter and it's only 10mins walk anyway. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for something a little above your typical 4/5-star Vietnamese hotel. Priced very well.

We had a family room for four days with plenty of space for 4. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were really helpful and arranged cars, trips and made sure our grab drivers arrived and knew where we were going. Location is quiet with a few good restaurants nearby. Old quarter is about 20 minutes walk or a grab ride away. Avoid local taxis - we got one who agreed to use the meter which sped up as we neared our hotel and charged us x10 the normal journey cost!

Dear Mrs. Clare-UKL, We greatly appreciate that you took your time to share your recent experience at Le Jardin Hotel & Spa. It is always gratifying to hear that you and your family did not only enjoyed our hotel’s ambiance and facilities, but also felt the warm and personalized services from our team. We are very grateful for your recognition towards our effort in providing quality service and facility. This certainly spurs our team to further strive towards achieving excellence. We are sure that others would find your tip about taxi scam very useful when planning for their vacation in Hanoi. Taxi cheats are probably the one thing travelers to Hanoi complain most about. Therefore, assisting the guests to book reliable taxi companies or give advice to use transportation apps is one of our team’s top priority. As a commitment, we will try our best to create our guest's holiday more convenient and enjoyable. Once again, we sincerely thank you and surely bid you a warm welcome at anytime you and your family return to Hanoi. Best regards, Monica Duong (Ms.) Customer Service Agent

This hotel is fabulous! The entire staff is amazing, and we dealt personally with Perry and Valery who helped with all our questions. The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to Old Hanoi. The rooms are spotless, and even with Hanoi street noise, they are very quiet. Breakfast was phenomenal with classic Vietnamese dishes and classic French fare. When I return to Hanoi, I WILL be staying here again. My only teeny little complaint is that there is no spa on site despite the name, but Perry booked us spa services at a great place around the corner!

+1
Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed both. The service here is great and the staff definitely make sure that you are looked after. The rooms and decor of the hotel are amazing, with slippers and gowns provided in the rooms as well. The beds were really comfortable, the shower comes with a rainfall shower head which is lovely to use. The AC here also works really well which is nice when it's hot. The location isn't too bad either, about an 18 min walk to beer corner, but there are plenty of other smaller shops in the area. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Hanoi. The receptionist Joy and assistant general manager Annie were exceptional in their service.

The hotel is in a really nice location, fairly close to the famous Old Quarter and very close the beautiful and vibrant Truc Bạch lake area, with many trendy restaurants and bars. The hotel is stylish and modern with an art deco glamour. There is an elegant cafe which does a nice selection of drinks and seems to be a cool hangout spot for local social media influencers. The restaurant on the top floor offers nice views of the local area and has a good selection of high quality Vietnamese and western cuisine, all for a reasonable price. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and clean, tastefully furnished and decorated, with the same air of understated elegance and luxury that make this hotel stand out. The staff were friendly and helpful and always courteous, going the extra mile to give us pointers making the most of our stay in northern Vietnam. 10/10, we will definitely come back here again in the future.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, access to the cool pool across the road was fabulous after a hot summer’s day and both the restaurant on the 12th floor and the cafe on the ground floor catered for all our needs and not expensive at all. By far however was the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and friendly staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience! After a five night stay, I highly recommend this wonderful hotel right in the middle of Hanoi’s old quarter district!

So for how “expensive” in vietnamese terms this place is, its far from what it should be. Very avg breakfast with few local options. Not even Local FIN coffee. Just pot american coffee. Orderd avocado toast on eggs and it barely had any avocado. Really sad with this experience. Also, they have put some proxy on the internet and you cant stream any of your videos from Netflix or amazon. Find somewhere else to stay. Many great options for the price.
Gotta say, if internet proxy and below avg bfast doesn’t scare you, the rooms are actually very nice and clean. The service is also good. Ah btw, dont loose your room card as they will charge you $5 for it...

The service, interior design, colour scheme and details are very tasteful and calming. It is a high quality boutique hotel just a 10 min walk away to the night market so it is well located without being on a very noisy/busy street. There was a good breakfast offered and an onsite spa. I must commend their laundry team too as my white worn leather shoes have a new lease of life now!!
The team esp Diep (reservations), Anh, Lily, Molly, Joy and the rest of the team who work here are exceptionally helpful. I really felt the hospitality and generosity of Vietnam here. Thank you Le Jardin team
