Woke up red hot one night. Had to go down stairs in my boxers to get the aircon turned back on.. was bloody boiling apart from that not bad for money by cramped because of no storage for bags and not able to have privacy in bathrooms because they're shared

We have been here twice, before and after our trip to Halong Bay. Nice and clean hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Convenient location, walking distance to every attraction in Hanoi town. Good bars and restaurants around the hotel, as well as stores to buy souvenirs or cheap backpacks. Housekeeping service everyday and free bottled water provided daily....

We stayed at Box Hotel for 2 nights while in Hanoi and our room was the size of a double bed, with a single Bunk above where we kept our bags. The room was cosy (although had air con too) but due to the Typhoon outside the A/C did mean our clothes didn't dry too quickly. Exacerbated by the lack...

It might be a ideal place for you to stay over. Staff are nice and very helpful. It's walking distance for you to...

My partner as I stayed in the family room. Basically, the double bed inside the tiny room left no floor space at all. We kept all our stuff on the bunk bed above our heads. At first I thought it was quite a claustrophobia-inducing sleeping arrangement. But then got to quite like the fact that we could never tell what...

Feels like home away from home Albeit in a Box. 😆 Not much room to move around but the sheets are clean, towels changed daily and frontdesk very accomodating. It is located within the old quarter which makes it very convenient. It's near the lake, the historical places and the market. 😀 thankU for an amazing stay box hotel.

Pros- clean and modern. The staff are friendly, particularly the young men. Good location- in the old quarter and lots of restaurants, food stalls, shops, markets near by! Good price. Cons- when we stayed there second time the wifi was shocking, kept cutting out constantly. However, was fine the first time we stayed (different floor) Rooms are very small (be...

Previous experiences of hostels usually entailed a large room which only had air con over night, limited security and rather dirty showers. For the same price, box hotel offered free tea and coffee, a free towel, a 2 bed private room with controllable air con and showers which actually make you feel clean. I couldn't fault this place, and the...
