We had 3 nights here over a week. The staff were excellent and very accommodating and I cant fault them. The rooms were OK but beds were very hard and carpet throughout the hotel was uneven and appeared to have been water logged recently. Im a big believer in rating a hotel on having comfy beds and a good shower...

I had the most unpleasant stay I never thought was possible. I travel to Hanoi to visit my family and wanted to book somewhere central so i could spend time with my family as well as have a good time walking distance. The staff were extremely unfriendly, did not feel welcome at all! the cleaners were complaining to my face...

It made our 5 day stay most pleasurable. We were greeted graciously and that never stopped throughout our stay. Everyone was super helpful recommending places to go, what to eat, how to fit in. :-) Room quality was very good as well. Definitely above average for the price paid. Would we recommend? Of course!

It is a budget hotel, very convenient in getting food and beers. Ms Rosie is a kind lady to help you out, one of the friendly managers you can find in Hanoi town. By turning to right side of the hotel, you will enter to Hang Buom street where all the good food were during night time. Along the way...

Legacy Hotel in the Ngo Gach is close to a lot of attractions. And the staff is really helpful, especially Ms. Rosie Hong from the travel desk. She provided us an upgrade (a large room) for free! Greetings from Austria, City of Steyr, Martin

Clean, perfectly serviceable budget hotel with awesome staff. Cheapest rooms were small and windowless but nice enough with new linens and modern bathrooms. Phini from the front desk did a great job explaining and booking trips to Ha long bay and the perfume pagoda at lower rates than what other hotels and travel agencies were offering. Breakfast is only so-so...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Location is perfect. Hotel was clean and staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and nice. Breakfast was ok too. Good value for money. Tip: Be aware that most of the rooms (even superior rooms) don't have windows!
