Although the hotel is small, however the location is in the old quarter. Also the staffs were very friendly. The manager was super helpful when the taxi which travel agent orgazied didn't turn up. I was certain that I'll miss the flight, but Mr Guong not only got me the taxi and paid for the fare, because I don't have...

This hotel is situated in the old city. It´s a perfect location for shopping and other activities. The hotel rooms are not big but clean and have all the things we needed. The manager with his staff was awesome. They served us with nice soup for breakfast or whatever we wanted. The service they gave us was excellent and always...

We stayed here with two other families for two nights. We had a trip to Halong Bay and a trip to Sapa in between our stay, which we booked through the hotel manager. We were able to leave our excess luggage at the hotel while on tour and return for a shower after our train trip from Sapa. Mr Cuang,...

The hotel is indeed a home away from home. Its small but extremely friendly and we were well taken care off from the minute we booked, picked up at the airport, pampered by the staff in a way we never had expected. The "can do" mentality of Mr Cuong and his team is extraordinary. After 2 weeks of being spoled...

My partner and I stayed here for two nights, prebooked on Booking.com. We booked a one night V spirit cruise at a very reasonable price. He made sure that my dietary needs as a vegetarian were well catered for and made sure we got a room at the back of the Junk , away from engine noise. This is a...

Really loved this hotel. It was in a great location and the service was lovely. The girls at the front desk make a great breakfast and they were great at helping to recommend day tours. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Room does get a bit noisy being so central though.
