Lee was a very gracious host and made our stay at Serenity 2 a pleasant one. We felt right at home and are already planning a trip back to Hanoi to stay at this hotel again. We stayed here for two nights and got a free upgrade to a room over looking the city.

Staying in Serenity 2 was a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Lee who helped us a lot in our last day. Joy also was very helpful when booking our tour to Halong Bay. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Great value for money!

We were dissapointed when we arrived at the hotel as it looked so nice in the photos - in actual fact, the hotel is nothing like the photos show. In the end, we werent that bothered though as the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and the location was good.
