This hotel is probably the dirtiest I have ever been to. There was a thick layer of mold on the pipe in the bathroom, dirty plates on the floor and they didn't even changed the sheets between guests! They just straighten them!! But this place...More
Very basic hotel with okay rooms, which are a bit damp and smelly. People were smoking and working on their computers in the breakfast area, so that was not a comfortable space at all. The owner seemed really arrogant and got us a bad deal...More
I have to admit- we did not actually stay here and so I cannot speak to the comfort level of the rooms, but we stopped in here during the New Year one night after a mishap with an allergic reaction, and the staff member at...More
We had a great time in Hanoi thanks to the staff! We were in a great location to enjoy Hanoi street food and drinks! We personally like a firm mattress and the room was beautifully clean with a hot shower! The staff gave great recommendations...More

There's a shuttlebus of Vietnam Airlines to get you in the city and to your hotel. When you exit the Terminal, walk across the street and then turn right and keep on going the bus platform. You should see it when you walk the bus platform or then the driver sees you and offers rides. Negotiate the price! We paid 100 000 VND\pax (5$) and they took us to our hotel. The bus actually didn't leave before it's full. But it's cheap option. You can also negotiate with taxi driver the fixed price. We could have got the taxi also with 5$\each.
We only took the the private car ride from the hotel back to airport coz we had really early domestic flight so that seemed to be the easiest way. So you don't actually have to take an airport pick-up if you don't want to. :)
