I stayed in this hotel three times in December 2015. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly and if you need an excursion, bus ticket or just some general information about the city, they're very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the rooms at the back are a little quieter. Breakfast is included and very much ok. Don't expect...

We stayed in this hotel in September 2015 (the original review is no longer available) during our tour of Vietnam. The hotel is not bad per se, but it's not particularly fantastic. The rooms need a little work, the beds are incredibly hard, and the WiFi was pretty horrendous. This stay came after four-weeks of travel through Vietnam, so we...

Stayed here two nights when we first arrived in Hanoi, and had an alright experience. It certainly wasn't the *amazing* experience or rooms that some reviewers have had but an ok room for the price. (Though we found better value elsewhere when we changed hotels.) The room was a bit of a missmatch and not very nicely finished. It had...

20 USD for a massive room with a comfortable bed in the Old Quarter. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Tough meeting people but if I wanted to meet other travelers I would go to a hostel bar.

We booked Halong bay and sapa through the hostel. Tony and his team were able to provide a lot of valuable information and helped us with all issues we had during our stay. They even managed to get us an upgrade for Halong. I recommend everybody to stay there and would definitely visit again.

The staff at B&B Hanoi Hotel is outstanding. Everyone is incredibly helpful at all times. They helped us with our Ha Long Trip (our room got upgraded because of them!), restaurants (they wrote a little note for me which said "I am vegetarian" in Vietnamese - really helpful!), museum trips, the air port transfer... Whenever we had a problem (and...

Good location, perfect if you want to catch the night bus for Sapa or the south. Clean, confortable, lift, tea at the arrival, good breakfast, they keep your luggage if you need to be free the day you leave. Staff is helpful and extremely polite, but maybe a bit oppressive. Asking you where you going as soon as you leave...
