We booked to stay following a friend's recommendation and we're so glad we did! The communication beforehand was great, the team there helped organise a taxi from the airport late at night and this attention to detail was visible throughout and eve after our stay with them. The breakfast was fresh and cooked to order (I loved the French pancakes...

Can't recommend this place highly enough! For the price we paid we couldn't believe how nice the hotel was - everything from the staff to the room to the breakfast was top draw, and we will definitely be back again next time we are in Hanoi. Fantastic location also right in the old quarter and loads of lively places to...

We just returned from our trip to Vietnam, and one of its highlights was our stay at Hanoi Elite Hotel!! The staff is exceptional, they go out of their way to provide you everything you could need. Not only are they always courteous and speak perfect English, they also helped me with confirming my flights (there had been a glitch)....

Can a hotel experience be better? The Hanoi Elite Hotell gave excellent service and was very friendly. The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds. The staff helped arrange tours, tickets and transport to and from the airport. I can recommend the transport because the hotel is not so easy to find. The breakfast from the menu was very good. The...

Normally old quarter is noisy, but this hotel is located in a little lane not accessible by traffics, therefore it's generally quiet. Staffs here strive to provide good service, and they do. All requests are happily met. The hotel is also very clean. Basic breakfast is provided. The hotel is too small for a lift; walls and door are also...

The breakfast, which is included, was very good and the staff were very helpful with any queries or requests we had. We could not ask for better service. The rooms were very...

We really enjoyed this hotel and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Great breakfasts (among the best we had anywhere in country) and very comfortable room. While the room was not as large as some we stayed in while in Vietnam, the price was great and it had all the amenities needed. Location is in an alley adjacent to...

We stayed at the Hanoi Elite hotel twice, either side of a trip to Halong Bay. The hotel is right at the centre of the old town but located on a quiet side street. Cars cannot access the hotel so you have to walk the last or first 50 metres if you are going on an excursion or to the...
