We were able to leave our bags with them on our return back to Hanoi to allow us to explore the city. They arranged transfers for us which eased our stress.very clean hotel. Very comfortable...

The Elite Hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Quarter in Hanoi. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, temples, etc. Also, the rooms are extremely clean and it was always a pleasure to return after a long day knowing that the room would be immaculate. The free breakfast was also very nice. Finally, the staff (every...

This is a small, well appointed hotel down a quiet alley in the old quarter of Hanoi. The Manager Luc Nguyen and his staff were extremely helpful both ahead of time and once we arrived. They arranged our airport pick up, street food tour, and provided great advice about our Ha Long Bay trip. We already assistance with our visa,...

Hanoi Elite Hotel (also seen as Elite Central Hotel) was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. We stayed here one night before heading off to Ha Long Bay and Sapa, then returning for two more nights. In between Ha Long Bay and Sapa we had some time waiting in Hanoi for...

Lovely little hotel right in the old centre of Hanoi. It's in a quiet alley, but once you're out of that alley you're right in the buzzing heart of Hanoi. Perfect! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and the staff is just wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and then went on a Ha Long...

Hotel room was very clean and well maintained. The family room had sufficient space for a group of 4. Location of hotel was very convenient as it was in the middle of the old quarter. Good variety for breakfast. Mr Luc Nguyen and his team were very friendly and helpful!

I work in hotels, and I have to say this is one of the best examples of great customer service I've seen in a very long time. The breakfast is great and made right in front of you. They cater to vegetarians as well. They made splitting the bill very easy. Every staff member knew English and were incredibly professional...

This little hotel is a hidden gem. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but close to markets, shops and food. The staff, Luc and Thu and everyone else were amazing. Nothing was to difficult for them. The personal touches from this hotel were unbelievable and led to a faultless stay. Yes you cannot drive up to the...
