I work in very high end luxury retail and "find a way to say yes" is one of the themes we live by for our clients. The staff here is awesome, funny and polite. They are so helpful and attentive. The hotel is small....but that is part of its charm. We had many complicated request.....baggage storage, need of a shower...

I travel a lot for my work and have stayed at many hotels. As a total experience, Hanoi Elite Hotel is currently No. 1!!! Personally, I think the hotel is physically fitted out very well (the rooms has everything you will want... if it is not there, Mr Trang and his team will help you find it).. The location is...

All the reviews you have read about this place are true--it is a true gem. My husband and I just stayed for three nights at the hanoi elite and had a wonderful stay. The minute we walked in we were greeted by an attentive and thoughtful staff who seem to anticipate everything you might need. The location is perfect--near everything...

Our recent travels to southeast Asia took us to Hanoi and the small Hanoi Elite Hotel. We stayed in many nice hotels throughout our trip, but none had a more welcoming and helpful staff than that at this centrally located hotel. From the welcoming tea and personal orientation to the places in Hanoi we were planning to visit to the...

My husband and I stayed here a couple nights before taking a trip to Halong Bay. The driver was promptly waiting to pick us up at the airport, we felt extremely welcome upon arrival at the hotel and the room was extremely clean and tidy. The location is amazing - it is located right in the heart of the Old...

Just left this hotel yesterday, we had a room on the top floor which was quiet and very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and gave us tips on restaurants and places to visit. The hotel is narrow but as are all building in the Old Quarter and there is no lift, but thus hid not faze us....

We stayed here for two nights in mid December and it was brilliant. Particularly the staff who can't do enough for you e.g. helping us book trips, free drinks whenever we sat in the reception for more than a minute, booking train tickets for our onwards journey (and collecting them from the station for us!), and ringing our next hotel...

From the moment we were picked up at the airport to being escorted to our carriage at the train station, the staff at the Hanoi Elite couldn't have been more helpful. All their mark ups for tickets etc are less than the travel agencies/websites and far easier. The hotel is a small oasis right in the thick of the Old...

Thang and his staff at the Hanoi Elite Hotel were absolutely wonderful. From the minute we arrived at the hotel, until the moment we left, they made us really feel at home. The hotel is situated in the hustle and bustle of old Hanoi, but its location in an alley way made the hotel a welcome and quiet oasis. The...

We LOVED the boutique hotel. Such great value with wonderful amenities. They have a quaint breakfast restaurant offering a yummy a la carte menu and the hotel is situated in such a quiet street which is amazing when you are only a block away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel gave us a map which was very easy to...
