The hotel has been nothing but a bad experience from the moment we walked in the door! Firstly we had to wait 10 minutes until the lady behind the desk acknowledged us as another lady was dealing with another complaint, the first night we realised that the hotel was used by prostitutes as they were coming and going all through...

The hotel is in a good location , staff very polite and helpful . Room was very small but good size for what we needed , the room and bathroom clean - however the bed was rock hard and difficult to sleep on - the hotel walls were thin, it was noisy at night and in morning

I have stayed at the Silver Hotel on a number of occasions and would recommend to anyone looking for clean, friendly accommodation in central Hanoi. The rooms are clean, modern and well appointed, breakfast is good and the staff are friendly an helpful. Excellent value for money.

We were trying to get an overnight train to Sapa from Hanoi, but they were all full, so after some deliberation we walked to this hotel. We were received late in the evening by friendly staff who spoke pretty good English and even gave us a discount on the room. When we went to the room, we couldn't believe how...

I stayed at this hotel on a very regular basis whilst on business trips to Hanoi. It is very central and reasonably priced. The place is clean and well run - it is not luxury but is pleasant enough to stay in. Room service food is ok - play it safe by ordering pho (noodle soup) - you get a...

Stayed here multiple times for as well business as leisure occasions. The rooms are nice and clean, the superiors are small and have no window so pay a bit more for the deluxe and suits - they are worth it and certainly provide a much better experience. Reception staff is very friendly, has a high English proficiency and will go...

This is a small hotel located in the French Quarter. It's about 5min walk from the Opera House, and 15 - 20min to the Old town. We stayed here for 4 nights altogether, and found the room to be big and spacious, and very tidy. The rooms we stayed had balcony to the outside, a nice addition to standard hotel...
