Nice little hotel, central to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only down side is there is only one lift to the pool and breakfast bar. There are stairs if you're fit enough ! Hana is also an outstanding team member

My friend and I stayed here for a few nights while travelling Vietnam. Mr Don and all the staff at the hotel were exceptionally good and helpful. It was 5 star treatment but not 5 star prices. It was so helpful that we could also store luggage while we did a trip to Halong Bay. The hotel is in a great...

The Tirant Hotel exceeded our expectations. We arrived very early from London, checked in, went for a walk and coffee, and by 9am had a fantastic upgraded room. Great facilities with decent rooftop restaurant and bar with wonderful views over the lake. Pool. Good choice for breakfast. Staff booked excursions for us. Could not have been more helpful. Good central...

As a regular visitor to Ha Noi with many people Tirant is the best hotel for location and staff in the Old Quarter . Outstanding location above the lake, attentive staff , gorgeous food and fabulous refurbished rooftop Sky bar . Rooms vary in size but all comfortable Many with balconies to view the wonder of the Old Quarter life...

Hotel is in fantastic location in the old quarter. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff and a refreshing home made lemongrass tea. Rooms are spacious and beds enormous. The rooftop bar gives stunning views over the city and the rooftop pool is cooling and refreshing from the days site seeing. Food is outstanding, however the coffee was not to...

This hotel was very centrally located with easy access to stroll the neighborhood. The rooms were not large, but good enough and very clean. We felt safe and well cared for. The spa was also well maintained and had great services available. The hotel breakfast was excellent, lots of choices both western and Asian. Cannot say the same for the...

Rooms are very good, not great. The service was exceptional, arranged pickup and helped coordinate a Halong Bay cruise, airport transport. Breakfast spread was awesome, mango and banana pancakes were amazing. Rooftop Restaurant/Bar was okay but the view over the city was noteworthy. Spa looked beautiful but we did not partake.

Just arrived today after 30 hours of travelling from Ireland. We were so tired muscles aching we just wanted to unwind . We immediately rang the Spa and booked in for Ladies indulgence package which I can only describe as amazing! My therapist was Rose who was so skilled and such a professional. Included in my package was milk body...

What an excellent location. You can't get much more central than this in the Old Quarter, as well as 5 mins to lake. we stayed on the 7th floor with balcony & it had good sound proofing from outside noise. Very generous sized room with all amenities including a computer. Breakfast was both Asian & Western but can be a...
