The distance from the airport to Hanoi View 2 Hotel is very far but there are special arrangements to pick you up even at midnight when I arrived at Noi Bai International Airport. The service was very courteous typical of Vietnamese hospitality, prices of food are basically okay and the room is clean and generous when it comes to free... More

Excellent budget hotel. Rooms and facilities are modern and clean. AC worked perfectly and the room was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful even though we sometimes had a little language barriers as not all of them speak much English. Location isn't very central (about 20min walk to the old quarter) but it didn't really bother me as I... More

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and to be honest, I couldn't complain about anything considering the price is so cheap. Facilities look new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Location was convenient for visiting the Temple of Literature. And for those who are curious about how a traditional Vietnamese market is organized, staying... More

For budget hotel to share with a friend 10 usd/day each, I get a clean room, with TV, AC, bathroom with hot water and free wifi. The location is kinda hidden inside the traditional market but all just fine with the hotel itself, the staff also nice, they pick me up when I get lost looking for the direction, it... More

Half way down a vibrant market street where they sell everything from chicken skewers and dog to fresh fish and fruit. Staff couldnt be more helpful. Really, they're really nice and gave us all sorts of information and recommendations on where to go and what to eat. Room was small but neat and tidy and had everything you would want... More

The hotel is a little out of town down a dirty little market street which might be off putting to some, but this hotel are fantastic. The staff were so helpful and couldn't have done more for us. We stayed over Christmas 2014 were treated to a little Christmas Eve buffet and drinks at no extra charge which was lovely.... More

We have stayed at the Hanoi View several times over the past few months as we travelled through Vietnam. On each occasion we have been impressed by the cleanliness & comfort of the rooms and the helpfulness of staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Although some of the lower level rooms overlooking the street could sometimes be a little... More

The hotel was ok. It was a little bit small and worn down. They were very good with the cleaning of the room. The service was excellent. They were very helpful and friendly, and they took every question and request with a smile. Did not like the local food market that was located right outside the hotel door.

This is my 2nd stay in this hotel. Their staffs are very friendly and willingly to answer to all my queries. Only 5-10 minutes to old quaters, 5-6 minutes walk to train station. The room was spacious, the bathroom looks good & clean. Access to many restaurant & nearby attraction places. It does feel that I was at home at... More
