I spent 5 nights in this family run hotel. Hanh and Viet made me feel very welcome and gave me great advices to visit the city and helped to arrange for a 2 day trip on Halong Bay. The hotel is located in the old quarter, a perfect place for a first time in Hanoi. Rooms are quiet, fairly big....

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is located very close to all the hotspots of Ha Noi, but tucked away in a quieter road off the main backpacker street, making it far less noisy than I initially expected. Breakfast was fantastic (banana pancakes are a must!) and service was always excellent. The staff...

Had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Hanoi with my partner. It's a family run hotel and they are all so very helpful and attentive, always making their best to make sure that our Hanoi and hotel stay was perfect. Locations near everything in the old quarter. Rooms were big and clean. Would definitely...

The hotel is located convenient in the old quarter, the rooms are clean, comfortable (good mattress, AC works well) and the bathroom excellent. But by far the best is the staff, they pretty much made my stay in Vietnam unforgettable. Always warmly welcoming they helped me to organize several short trips with very helpful input, you feel like a family...

You couldn't find a better place to stay in Hanoi. The hotel is really nice and every room has another theme. But the best reason to go to the Finnegans Hotel are the people. We had a really warm welcoming and felt in very good hands. The staff have done so much for us, we couldn't say "thank you" enough!

We were dubious about our first trip to Vietnam. We are experienced Asian travellers. The overall stay here at Finegans was superb. The rooms were first class with the little and often annoying things well catered for. Reading lights at the bedhead, 2 internet connections both Wi Fi and cable, room Safe, Showers were first rate etc. Right in the...

Myself and my friend stayed in Finnegans for five nights and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged for a pick - up from the train station and planned all of our trips to Halong Bay and sapa before we arrived. When our trip to Halong Bay was cancelled they did their utmost to find an alternative. On...

This hotel has so much to offer. Its in the perfect location to explore the old quarter and everything in the old quarter is in walkable distance. The hotel rooms are clean, breakfasts are excellent and it is reasonably priced. Whats stands out about this hotel is the care and service given to customers. They helped us book tours and...

Coming to my hotel, you will be pleased with the cozy and friendly atmosphere created through “like-brother-and-sister” staff; however, professional serving style is definitely maintained. It is proved through ten-year experience in hotel service. Despite lacking of five-star facilities, I always remind myself of putting my heart, soul and great effort to give the most memorable experience for you, even more than five- star service. Being one of my friends, you will be warmly welcomed through my hospitability, trustworthy and caring with all my heart. If Hanoi is your most preferable choice for your trip, Finnegans hotel is your perfect and unforgettable destination for relaxing. ... more   less
