A long drawn business schedule forces you to stay for a week and a half and this is when you begin to thank yourself that you chose this place. Great location, excellent in-house breakfast. The hotel is geared to meet all the needs of a businessman settling down to a long drawn business schedule. The space in the room is...

Overall, this hotel fulfills all its promises. The staff speaks English, which in Vietnam is not the case everywhere, and is very caring. We were able to order a taxi to the airport for 04:30 am. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with a superb bathroom. We chose one with a balcony and view of the water, and...

The hotel is situated close to a bunch of different attractions - a very pretty lake, the night market and plents of restaurants. The prices were very good for the facilities and good value for money. Our room was well furnished with a large cozy bed with clean linens and a well appointed bathroom. Staff were simply excellent throughout, and...

Every time I come in Hanoi for business I stay at the rising Dragon Haven. It is very well placed, and gives me access to my points of interests. The staff is a high-class one, very prompt they deal everything with discretion. The hotel is not crowded and it doesn’t make you feel like the other packed hotels, you got...

We stayed at Rising Dragon Haven when we visited Hanoi, and it was probably the best decision we could have made. We picked this place because it is pet friendly and I usually travel with my dog, but this was definitely not the only good thing I found here. The room we had was amazing, very spacious and nicely decorated,...

Along with its sister hotels, this is not large. We were upgraded and our room was very good, well-appointed and large, everything you needed in place. Free computers. The hotel is clean. Breakfast on the top floor was fine, eggs if you ask, fruit, breads and a variety of cooked foods. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good value, and...

What I liked about this hotel firstly, is the location. Being centrally located worked perfect for me as I went shopping. The front desk and the staff are very friendly and competent. I am some kind of a difficult customer but they faced it with grace and they haven’t charged me extra for my little inquiries. They made me feel...

It was our second time here at Rising Dragon, although our fourth time in Vietnam. The first time we came here was marvelous, so we decided to come back. The staff is ever so cheerful and warm, which complements the aesthetics of the building. I was so grateful that they had Western meals for breakfast. The beds were clean and...
