Booked a room few months a In advance. When we arrived they spent the 1st 30 mins talking about a tour options and when I finally said could we please go to the room then we could discuss the tours. they said our room is not available and tried to move us to another hotel which is 30 mins away....

We booked a reservation here months in advance but when we arrived we were told that there was a problem with the room. Tried to bring us to another hotel 30 mins away. As soon as we arrived they didn't want to show us the room but tried to make us pay for tours before we could get settled in....

The hotel is small but location in the old quarter was perfect, the staff were always helpful with carrying bags or crossing the street. Our room was spacious & clean, breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who are budget travellers.

This is a great hotel to stay in. My room was very spacious and nicely furnished, the breakfast was lovely and it's location was perfect; central, on a nice street with lots of choices of places to eat and drink, whilst none of this could be heard from the room. We enjoyed 2 days stay at Hanoi Hibiscus Hotel in October 2016. Our triple bedded room was small but clean & comfortable. Bathroom was clean with provision of toiletries. Room had good wifi connectivity, mini fridge,TV, drier & tea kettle but no lift.They served simple,tasty breakfast with tea & coffee. Our hotel owner Mr. Doan as well as staffs are...

This hotel is located in Kalutara, a coastal place about 3 to 4 km away from main Bentota city.It is 30 years old and spread over a sprawling area.It has 60 big rooms with big balconies and from each of them sea is visible, though at a distance.It has two big swimming pools and a kid's pool. Nice family-run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Well located within a walking distance to the main attractions in the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Clean, good bed, good Wifi. It has no lift though. Highly recommended!

upon finding out that my other option was full, i stumbled upon Hibiscus.....great name that can promise you a loadsome. Sure, there are a lot of things that can be improved such as cosmetics but nonetheless i had a very pleasant stay here with a very friendly staff (he said he was the owner just took over sep 1). This hotel like my home, the boss - also staff - Doan was so friendly & helpful, he always tried his best to bring us a comfortable stay, help us lots of information about Hanoi & around. Accommodation was good condition & reasonable price as well.

We stayed here for honey moon when visit Hanoi, the first impress was the best location, only 3 minutes walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, the owner name Doan was so friendly and give us all informations, our room was big enough but had good view, room tidy, clean... We had the best time in here.
