Hanoi Hibiscus Hotel is a good choice for you if you arrive at Hanoi. I stayed there for three days and really enjoyed the hotel's hospitality, clean room and good breakfast. If you want to visit somewhere, you also ask the hotel as they offered good tours with reasonable prices and good quality. I will definitely come back if I...

My husband and I are from New York and visited Hanoi for the first time. This hotel was recommended by our friends and we loved it. Car from and to airport was arranged by the hotel. The hotel manager greeted us with a cup of tea and answered all our questions. He arranged a beautiful tour to Ha Long Bay...

I went on a solo travel to Hanoi and booked hibiscus hotel for 7 nights stay. When arrived i was completely lost because of unfamiliar with the city and language communication problems. When i checked into the hotel i was surprised by the proficiency of english spoken by the hotel's staffs. It is located in a heritage zone with many...

This hotel is definitely worn down. The staff are very friendly. There is no safe in the room and after they lost our passports (but later found them) we didn't feel comfortable leaving our valuables at the front desk. It's best quality is it's location and for only $30 a night it's hard to complain too much. If you don't...

This hotel provided us with good value for our first two nights in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful and the room clean. Only downside was the noise on our first night as we were facing the street - which has several hostels on it. As it was a Friday night there was a lot going on! Great choice if...

We booked a reservation here months in advance but when we arrived we were told that there was a problem with the room. Tried to bring us to another hotel 30 mins away. As soon as we arrived they didn't want to show us the room but tried to make us pay for tours before we could get settled in....

The hotel is small but location in the old quarter was perfect, the staff were always helpful with carrying bags or crossing the street. Our room was spacious & clean, breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who are budget travellers.

This is a great hotel to stay in. My room was very spacious and nicely furnished, the breakfast was lovely and it's location was perfect; central, on a nice street with lots of choices of places to eat and drink, whilst none of this could be heard from the room. The staff must be the friendliest and most helpful in...
