This hotel was really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was very good and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was yummy with a good selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We showed up here from the street without any booking and were nicely offered to look at a room. The rooms were nice and the shower was warm and strong. Breakfast was good to. It is a little bit away from the main areas we liked but only 5-10min walk past shops. Hotel offered to keep bags during the day...

The hotel is a good value and has all the basics one needs. It's a 30 minute walk to City Center through the Old Quarter which has lots of shopping opportunities and places for dining or drinks. I stayed 2 nights, with a split in between due to an overnight visit to Halong Bay. My room was a good size...

Thank you very much for the nice stay we really enjoyed the help and great support. We hearty recommend these hotel. Nice stuff and great help also for booking a train ticket. Clean rooms, good breakfast and also a very good location to see everything

I stayed a night at the hotel with my wife before our departure to Sapa in the next mornin'. We requested pick up service from Noi Bai International Airport and it was well arranged by the hotel, pickup was on time. Hotel is located at a busy area. A older quarter of Hanoi. Hotel is not clean and need a serious upgrade. There is only a tiny window and noisy. Breakfast is ok. They serve local pho. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms were a little small but could do! Great sleep! The great part is the staff members! Very warm and welcoming! Speaks good english! Organised the ha long bay tour for u which is splendid! Highly recommend!!!

We went there several times. The rooms are well arranged with convenient bathroom & toilet. The staff is very pleasant and efficient (a few minutes to repair the air conditionning...) The breakfast is perfect for us.

We spend a couple of days at Tu Linh Palce. The rooms are nice furnished and the bathroom was clean. Staff is great. Everybody is helpful and we were welcomed always with a smile. Hotel is close to all main spots. Even though the hotel is close to the road it was quite at night. Breakfast was not outstanding but...

Hotel very well located in the old part of the city with modern and comfortable rooms. Welcoming and helpful english speaking staff. They provide many services and make your stay more than appreciated.
