This hotel is clean but basic, and is right in the middle of district 1. It is an ideal base to head out exploring from. Hanoi is not relaxed at all and is all about sight seeing and tourist attraction, photo opportunities etc., The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great - although the seating area is...

Hotel is nice. Rooms are nice we got upgraded to a slightly bigger room. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was included, the usual Vietnamese food with some additional yoghurt, fruit, and basic western breakfast. The location is lovely, 10 minute walk from the old quarter but the road the hotel is on is really buzzy and has...

I stayed here in my last night to Hanoi as I was flying out from Hanoi. The first thing i noticed was how friendly the staff were. The breakfast in the morning was nice They offer shuttle service to the airport for a great price which we used and it was good. Location is also good. Room was small but...

The hotel is rather drab and in need of a renovation. However, as long as you keep expectations realistic, it is a good option for travelers who want to be in the heart of the action. The room (superior double) was a bit small, but my only real complaint is about the shower: It clogged easily and the door was...

We only stayed here for one night and paid £30. In our other nights in Hanoi we paid £50 per night at Confier Boutique Hotel (we went to Halong Bay in between). This hotel was MUCH BETTER than the one we paid £50 a night for. Fantastic location, big comfy bed, nice breakfast. Had the best night sleep I've had...

We stayed at Hanoi Sky Hanoi after we arrived in Hanoi from Germany. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and ven though our room was not ready for check-in because it was before 2pm, they gave us another room where we could rest and relax after the long flight. The beds where comfortable and the breakfast in the morning...

This hotel is very well located in Hanoi. You can walk everywhere from here. It is also located in an area full of restaurants. The personnel is very nice and helpful. They also have people to help you with tours (a little more expensive than tours you can book outside but these are way of better quality). Breakfast is very...

We stayed two nights, and had a fine stay. Ok rooms and good breakfast. Be aware that If they book your tickets for anything, espicially train, they will charge you a lot more than you can them for elsewhere. We should have checked it out before, but had just arrived and were overwhelmed by the kindness.

Service was super friendly, breakfasts were great with eggs cooked to your liking, room was relatively spacious and very clean. The food stalls just outside are very convenient (although avoid Palm Foods who ripped us off). The only fault was the pre- arranged transfer from the airport - we were not aware that there were 2 exits and our waiting...
