Hi everyone, We had a very good time at the hotel. The staff is very available and flexible for each requests and expectations, added to the fact they are very friendly and good English speaker which was very useful for booking some trips across the country. If you are looking for a comfortable and non expensive place to rest, book...

This is the pefect hotel in Hanoi. Well located, clean and good breakfast! Staff takes care of you and gives you a lot of advices very useful for your vietnamise trip. It has been our second home during our trip through all the north (Halong and Sapa). We always came back at the hotel and we always have been well...

The hotel is located off a quieter side street. We were fortunate that our room didn't face on the street so it was probably quieter than other rooms which may have been at the front of the hotel. Our room was nice, we stayed in a triple room which had more space. The bathroom got very humid. The only complaint...

Very good service, outstanding help with booking and directions. Lots on knowledge to be shared on good places to eat. Very close to lots of markets, lakes and food. Room was also good, only thing I would improve is having a window in our room. Over all very good.

We came here twice.....the first time the room was just ok...on floor 2 at the front of the hotel....the bed was very hard, the room was noisy, we found it a bit tired, old and not that clean and no hot water....next morning we did make it known, so after our overnight tour, we were given another room on floor...

The staff at the hotel is very child friendly and supportive. We travelled with two young children below 5 years. Rooms are in good shape and breakfast was also good. The location of the hotel is just nice between the market and the "center" of Hanoi.

We also got bumped up to a nicer room for the same price. Highly recommend Rising Dragon Villa. Rooms were clean and tidy. Also had no problem leaving...

In the middle of the old quarter you can get by foot to pretty much everything, and at the same time in a "calm" street in Hanoi standards ! The staff was particularly helpful as I got pretty sick during my stay and one of them came with me to the pharmacy to translate my symptoms and get me the...

The staff here really make this place a winner. They let us check in early, they held our bags for three days while we went into the hills and then allowed us to use a shower and fresh towels upon our return so that we could get on the train feeling fresh. Large rooms with balconies and lots of natural...
