Comfy spacious bedroom and staff were friendly and helpful.Very handy for Hanoi Opera house and not too far from Old Quarter. Main shopping streets close by and close to History Museum and fairly close to Womens Museum.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I want to say that this hotel is amazing: centrally located next to the beautiful Opera house, Hilton Hanoi is walking distance to almost everything. I wish to mention a couple of employees who were instrumental in making our stay exceptionl: Giant down, our housekeeper, was very attentive and provided us with extra pillows, water and even a sweet departure...

It's sad this place hasn't changed a bit since my last visit in 2010. I've stayed here a few times in years past and the amenities, infrastructure, room décor, is just as dismal as it was 7 years ago. They need to make some positive changes in this place before I'd consider staying here again.

Very pleased with this beautiful hotel in Hanoi - we chose an executive room which entitled us to afternoon tea and drinks in the evening - well worth the extra spending. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to our room cleaner, Giang, who was magic!

While lobby was spacious, high ceilings, welcoming but the room (i had 217) had seen better days! Furniture n fittings very dated though functionable, musky smelling, stained and grainy carpets. Bed was hard. Didnt rest well.

Excellent staff make this hotel. The quality of the staff and there friendly service and the extra they do makes you look past and accept and aging decor that is perhaps a little unusual for Hilton. Regardless I will certainly stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi. Location is excellent.

We stayed here as part of a 17 day visit to multiple cities in Cambodia and Vietnam. it is a nice enough hotel, but a bit dated. The executive lounge is quite good, good gym, nice pool, friendly staff, but none of slept well. The beds were very uncomfortable.... they were like sleeping on a board, and the ac did...

The quality is up to the level that you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. Great location, just steps away from the busy life of the hearth of the city (old quarter). The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The bakery is fantastic! A classy place to stay in Hanoi and would recommend it to business or pleasure travel.

This hotel got it all. Clean rooms nice bathrooms and a big comfy lobby for hanging out in. You can also walk to a buttload of cool things and there are tons of mopeds buzzing around outside. I like this hotel.
