Service is excellent ..rooms are so comfortable and spacious. The welcome bag of cookies are really appreciated! However if You are looking for some shops around, then this hotel is not in the tourist belit. However its very close by and a short taxi ride Will take You to the choatic old quater.

While the staff members were helpful, the Club Lounge was overfilled and they did not allow for Diamond members who booked the presidential suite a table to sit down.Worst still the Wifi of the hotel never worked and we were glad to check out as quickly as we could. Restaurant Chez Menon cooking was very ordinary but again, attentive staff....

The Hilton Hanoi Opera is a good, clean, comfortable, hotel in a great location. We found all of the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, though, was truly stellar, and I found myself waking up looking forward to it each day we were in Hanoi.

This hotel has a great location close to the Opera House, shopping and Hoan Kiem lake. The staff is friendly and polite. The restaurant "Ba Mien" serves very good breakfast with lots of choices. The concierge with EXO travel is very thorough when booking my trip. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel much more than I had anticipated.

I love the neoclassical architecture and its central location just adjacent from Hanoi Stock Exchange. The room was lovely and the beds were comfy. The kitchen makes fantastic local cuisines and I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful.

On one hand they forgot to wake us up one day( 3 rooms, then the breakfast services is excellent. The bakery/coffee shop resembles a train station waiting area, but not a 5 star hotel. The choice of cakes is extremely limited, just a very few. Very poor choices, cheap and cold environment. Rooms are large, but old.
