Still delivers and it's been some time since I stayed. The location cannot be beaten to walk to the old town and shopping areas, the staff are excellent and the rooms are large. Probably fair to say it is approaching time for a renovation, but everything remains clean and working - just a little dated. So the benefits remain location...

Dear CraigandSculli Fantastic review, thank you. You will be pleased to know we are starting the hotel renovation in 2016. Once complete, it will be the number 1 hotel in Hanoi, if not Vietnam. Kind regards Andrew

After a brilliant trekking holiday through northern Vietnam, we decided to spoil ourselves with a stay in a Hilton on the last night. Bathroom and beds were superb. But the place seemed a bit tired. Wanting some local cheap food we checked the maps and found the closest option was blocks away. Thankfully the following morning's a 'la carte breakfast...

Great hotel. The hotel great location near the lake, near old quarter and the French quarter. Food at hotel was fantastic. The service was superior to other hilton I stayed at. As a Dimond member i was upgraded to a suite very comfortable bed, huge bathroom and room very quite. Executive longue was great, excellent food and beverage selection. I...

Didn't spend a great deal of time there as we were out a lot on trips. However, the location was good, staff helpful, swimming pool good and snacks round the pool very good. On our first night we made the mistake of eating in the hotel restaurant. The food was poor and expensive compared to restaurants outside but we didn't...

We stayed at this hotel as part of our tour of Vietnam, we found the hotel to be friendly and comfortable, the staff could not do too much to help, the hotels location is excellent with easy access to all the sightseeing areas, shopping and the lake. The food was first class with a very varied breakfast selection, all in...

I absolutely love the location of this hotel as it is very central and walking distance to the Old Quarter if you have no qualms taking a stroll provided on the weather. However, I wasn't too pleased with some parts of the service. Greeters were perfect and the concierge staff as well. However, I wasn't too pleased with the gym...

My third stay at the HHO and again only for 2 nights. I must stay longer next time! This is a great location for my office but also for the sights and sounds of Hanoi. 20 minute walk to the Night Market is easy; sights and sounds on the way and of course loads of options when you're there. Walk...

This hotel is centrally located. Many restaurants near by (Italian, Thai, Vietnamese). I felt safe walking around the area. You need to be careful crossing the streets as scooters, bikes, cars usually continue regardless what the traffic light indicates. The hotel itself was fine. Many restaurants within the hotel to choose from. Room was fine although I found the shower...

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful although the menu in the restaurant is a bit limited. The buffet breakfast was very good and wide choice of dishes and asian and western cuisines

Dear Alan D Thank you for a good review. I was a little confused as to why our restaurant "menu is a bit limited" as it is rather extensive in it's offerings and variety. I will go and have another review to ensure it covers a cross section of food types/styles etc Kind regards Andrew

Spent 5 days at Hilton and experienced a professional Hilton standard...and a Hilton priced business hotel. Reception area is monumental with huge columns stretching three floors up. Rooms are very big; a working table with a good chair, a resting chair which was not really comfortable....and a lot of empty space. Wifi was terrible; had to log in repeatedly as...
