Revisited after 2 months. The location is excellent with easy access to attractions in hanoi and cafes. Room is average but spacious. Large hotel lobby and good breakfast spread. As a hilton honours member, you will receive a coupon for welcome drink at the sports bar.

Well trained staff at all levels. Rooms are in good condition but for a Hilton it would be necessary to bring some fresh touch to the hotel - it looks outdated and does´t feel good in the rooms and corridors. Having so many other choices in Hanoi, i believe it is time to get some work done. It´s biggest plus...

Had a great time at this hotel. I feel it's location is perfect as it is out of the hustle and bustle of the old quarter but within easy walking distance. A touch of luxury in Hanoi! Very clean and spacious hotel in general including the room. Lovely breakfast included as well. Staff cannot do enough for you and we...

The service this Hilton Opera Hotel is really good. Fasrt check in. The highlight of the property is the Bakery near the hotel lobby. Really good breads and sweets. Room is very spacious, but needs some renovation. For 90 dollars is totally worth to stay at this Hilton.

Well located next to Hanoi's Opera House. I had a suite which was spacious but short on cupboards/draws for clothes. By Hanoi standards, it was luxurious. By western standards the room was a little dated but perfectly adequate. The gym was excellent and well equipped. The food in the Club lounge was very good. Ate at the "Bakery Cafe at...

Our group of 9 people stayed at the Hilton Hanoi Opera in December 2015, right around Christmas time. It was a vacation. I was reluctant to stay at the Hilton, because I often stay at Hilton properites in the US, and I wanted to experience something unique while in Asia. However, others in the group wanted something familiar. The excellent...

The Hilton Hanoi Opera is truly in the center of everything. It's an easy walk to the lake and old quarter. The breakfast buffet is in a fabulous setting with a wide variety of food. It really shouldn't be missed. After a little negotiation, I was upgraded to a beautiful room on the upper floor with access to the executive...

As a business travellor, the location is pretty nice. However, even considering the old age of the hotel, the room condition especially the bed mattress need to be checked and improved. I couldn't feel that hotel staffs are friendly enough, either.

THe hotel is well located and a little secluded from Hanoi's Old Quarter, where everything happens. You can still walk to and from the Old Quarter. Nice room with a good view. We were initally placed in a smoking room so make sure you clarify if you or not a smoker when you reserve.
